I had a really disappointing experience at Papa John’s today. I stopped by to place a simple customized pizza order, but the customer service was shockingly poor. The older gentleman at the counter clearly didn’t know how to handle orders properly, and worse, he was extremely rude.
When I tried to explain my customization, he kept interrupting me and just said, “The system shows this much amount, that’s all I can do,” without making any effort to understand or clarify. When I asked him to speak politely, he snapped back saying, “Don’t teach me how to do my job. I’ve been working here for so long.” That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional.
And it wasn’t just me. Right before me, an Uber Eats delivery driver also faced the same kind of rudeness. Yes, the driver forgot his delivery bag, but that’s no excuse for the way he was treated. Instead of politely explaining the policy, the staff member just dismissed him, saying, “Talk to Uber, don’t talk to me,” and walked off.
It’s really disappointing to see such behavior at a well-known chain like Papa John’s. Customer service matters, and when staff act like they’re doing you a favor by even talking to you, it ruins the entire experience. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff on how to treat customers and delivery partners with basic respect.
To top it off, I noticed that many of the negative reviews for this location are mainly about the service only. Clearly, this isn’t a one-time issue, and it’s time for the management to take action. I won’t be coming back unless...

Upon calling the store to inquire about a late order, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. The employee I spoke with was short, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed that I had even called. Rather than offering any kind of apology or solution, I was abruptly told to “just wait” without any explanation or estimate of how much longer it would take.
When the order finally arrived (cold, and missing an item), I called again to report the issue, only to be met with even more attitude. There was no accountability, no effort to make things right, and no basic courtesy. As a paying customer, I don’t expect perfection—but I do expect to be treated with respect.

Update : Not Sure how to respond to the reply from the owner so updating it here. I ordered 7 times from this exact store and yes none of them were in last 90 days ( old orders does not show up in their app under my account). The deals are usually good but I stopped ordering from this place because the quality went downhill quickly (soggy or undercooked pizza). This is just my review and if you don't agree that's fine. I took time out to submit a review of my past experiences because of the horrible experience of yesterday.
