Pizzaville — Restaurant in Toronto

My first experience was great. My second was not. I ordered at 6:54pm, it said 20 minutes. I know they take a bit longer so I got there at 7:25, but was told it would be five minutes. I waited then the guy said one of the pizzas got stuck in the oven and part of it got messed up so he had to make a new one. I didn't get my pizzas till 7:52, so an hour after I ordered. I thought they might offer a discount, or a dipping sauce, or even the part of the damaged pizza that was okay. I had the misfortune of buying a slice in the Bradford Pizzavilke. Simply stated, it was the worst pizza I ever tasted I. My entire life. No joke. I was cold, there was one little piece of pepperoni o each of the 2 tiny triangles and tge crust tasted aweful. Horrible. $5.00 for the slice was high as well. I emailed the head office complaining of my badb experience and they never even answerred me. Bad customer service on top...

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. If you like overpriced raw, undercooked, flavourless pizza this is the place for you. It seems like they use all Costco ingredients.
