Interesting concept. Basically a Project Pie type of joint where you create your custom artisan pizzas. Service was actually quite fast. The pizza was done in minutes. Considering that this location is in a food court, this type of service is needed to compete with other names such as the Subway beside it.
Taste-wise, the pizza was okay. I mean, the toppings were good (or above average at least) with a wide selection of choices. The good news about that is you can choose any toppings you want. Yes, that even means you can pick every single one although they put each type of topping sparingly.
I actually didn't find any issue with the slightly burnt taste of the crust and the chewiness is to my liking. However, the pizza is quite thin towards the center to an extent that the toppings fall off when you lift it up to take a bite.
Maybe try the margherita one. It's cheaper and you can never go wrong with such a simple pizza. Best to eat this in the food court. Do not...
Read moreWe went at 10:30 pm. Store closes at 11. Two-thirds of the chairs have been taken up om the table and cleaned and all the customers are 'forced' to sit in one side too close to each other, literally hearing all conversations of everyone and no privacy at all. I went to sit on the other areas cause i wasn’t comfortable, this young lady tells me 'No you cannot sit there'. Very rude & unprofessional.
Pizza came undercooked. Dough was getting stuck on the mouth. They were rushing so that we leave before 11 and they can rush to go home. This is not the way to maintain a business. Me and my friend both have stomach upsets the next morning.
Avoid this branch. The Pi Co's in other locations have better food quality and customer service.
PS: there was a small hair on my pizza, and their sneeze guard is so low... Customers constantly put their hands over it to see the toppings... which...
Read moreAfter having amazing experiences with pi in the past daughter and I went today to have lunch. We came in after the rush (~12:50pm) and were the only ones ordering.
My daughter is quite picky and always orders 2 garlic breads with mozzarella cheese. We have ordered this at this Pi as well as others in the city. The gentleman who served us said he could not add mozzarella to the garlic bread. I explained more than once that we have ordered this way on the past and paid extra for the cheese. He refused to do this. So then I asked for a build your own for my daughter (again paying more) with the garlic spread and cheese. He said he could/would not and could only use tomato sauce.
With a company that caters to having things your way I would expect there to be a way that they could do this order.
Very disappointed in the service and will not be visiting this...
