Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

I usually order from Pizza Nova and never have any issues but I had 2 kids at my home yesterday who asked me to order pizza hut for a change as they noticed one up the street from where I live. I read the previous reviews and thought " how could a pizza be stale " ? and I don't remember Pizza Hut ever being bad when I used to order years ago. Let me tell you, I ordered a large extra cheese with ground beef and bacon and it was the WORST pizza I have ever had and it seemed stale as per the previous review. I didn't actually know it was possible to make such a bad pizza. It was so cold we had to pop it in the oven for 10 min and it seemed hard like it was stale. The ground beef was not plump and juicy like other pizza companies it seems burnt to a crisp even though the pizza was not overdone. I also did not see any bacon on it whatsoever. I refuse to call this location at Pharmacy & St Clair as per the problems encountered by the previous reviewers but I can assure you that I will NEVER order a pizza from this company again. Also, I am usually a very generous tipper but the delivery guy who owed me $5.00 change ran off so quickly he didn't even give me a chance to decide if I was giving him the entire $5.00 and he didn't ask if I wanted change......Beware of...

I recently ordered takeout from Pizza Hut and tried two of their personal pan pizzas – one with chicken and onion, and the other with mushrooms. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The pizzas were ready on time, packaged well, and still hot when I got home.

Tonight I ordered from this location, I've been a customer of pizza hut and even this store in particular and my order came to $46 i placed the order online then immediately called to ask them to make half Hawaiian and half just cheese and to let the driver bring change for $100. The phone rang off the hook i then had to ask customer service to call them and by the time they answered the food was done. (this happens all the time with this specific location) the driver brings my food then i say give me $45 and keep almost $10 tip he grabs the 100 and rips it then says its no good i ripped it to see, ok it was news to me as i was given it for a sale. what happens next is disgusting and immoral, they not only got my order wrong for the 6 or 7th time they took the food back to throw in the garbage rather then giving to a loyal customer of over 8 years. ANYONE who would rather take food and throw it away instead of feeding it to a person whos hungry and now will go to bed no supper is evil, not a single dollar will be going to these people this is so wrong i never knew, just as much as he never knew but to rip the bill then taker the food...
