AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I am extremely displeased by the lack of customer service and dishonest employees / management. My order was made incorrectly and I proceeded to speak with the store representative, who seemed genuine at the time - Mentioned they were extremely busy and could make me a new pizza (I didn't have the time to wait for) or provide me with a credit under my phone number for the next order I placed. When I arrived to pick up my next order, the credit was no where to be found. Both the cashier, as well as the back of house employee did not want to address my issue, nor acknowledge that I had a credit (the same woman whom I spoke to on the phone was there, and completely lied that she was a new hire). I proceeded to escalate to management (Suthan) who gave me the whole ring around - Refused to provide the credit, wanting me to pay for the order, and then mentioned to follow up at a later day when he was on location to "find" my credit. I followed up, and left 3 voicemails - He has blocked my number. Horrible customer service - All over a $15 credit. Will never order from here again. DISGUSTING SERVICE! I ordered a pizza and brownies for my friends and me, by delivery from the Pizza Hut, Coxwell. We were tracking the food, and then we got the message that the pizza was delivered. I went downstairs looking for the driver after waiting for 15 minutes. But there was no driver! Eventually, the driver called and advised that he could not deliver the food. I tried reaching the Pizza Hut, Coxwell, but got the Pizza Hut call center. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I got someone who transferred me to the wrong store. The Pizza Hut, Coxwell called to advise that they could not deliver the food and I would have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money returned. This is what you call unacceptable service, the worst! We sat here waiting for an hour and half. To be told that we would not be getting any food and we should hang on for 3-5 business days to get the money returned. The representative at the Pizza Hut, Coxwell, told us that the store manager was not in store that day, and it was just her and another employee working the shift.

Pizza Hut, Coxwell, gets (0) zero star from me....

Tried ordering pizza a couple days ago. It took a number of calls over a 20 minute period to even get through.

The first time I got through the guy put the phone down and left it down for 5 minutes to the sound of constant ear-piercing smashing.

I called back several times before a lady answered. I tried to inform her that I was calling to place an order. She asked me for my phone number which I had to repeat 5 times because the whole time there was someone just screaming in the background.

Afterward finally getting my number correctly she told me there were no orders under my phone number. I told her I was calling to place an order, to which she again replied that there are no orders under my number. This went back and forth again another 4 or 5 times while she kept pausing to whisper something to another lady that must have been next to her.

I asked what all that screaming was and told her I can hardly hear what she's saying because it was so loud. At this point she said thanks for calling and put the phone down.

I don't know what's wrong with the people working this place, but they need to get...
