Absolutely Terrible Experience at Pizza Hut - 4400 Dufferin St B2, North York, ON M3H 6A8

I had the worst experience today at this Pizza Hut location. I came in with the intention of purchasing food, but I needed to use the washroom first. To my surprise, when I asked a staff member about using the washroom, she rudely and aggressively yelled at me, saying I wasn't allowed to use the facilities unless I purchased something first.

I understand businesses have policies, but the way I was treated was completely uncalled for. There was no kindness, no customer service. She spoke to me as if I were a nuisance, making me feel unwelcome and embarrassed for simply asking about using the restroom. This is not the kind of customer service anyone deserves, especially from a chain that is supposed to be friendly and family-oriented.

To make matters worse, I was planning to buy something after using the washroom, but this rude encounter made me rethink even stepping foot in there. Honestly, I walked out and won’t be coming back. I’m not sure if this is the kind of attitude Pizza Hut wants to promote, but I’ll certainly be taking my business elsewhere, as should anyone who values basic respect and decency when spending their money.

This location has definitely lost a customer today, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Poor service, rude staff, and a completely unpleasant experience overall. I’ll make sure to share this review with others and steer them away...

I used to respect this brand very much. I always liked the service, but this time it was just terrible. It was a very hot day on June 24, 2025, and I felt very unwell. I had just left the neighboring Yammy Market and felt a symptom that required me to go to the toilet. Pizza Hut employees have always been known for their professionalism. However, not this time. When I entered, I went to the toilet. The employee rudely confronted me and demanded that I place an order. She said that otherwise, I had no right to use the toilet there. I had to explain my specific medical condition to her. She looked at me judgmentally and arrogantly, but finally allowed me to use the toilet.

I will never order anything from this place again. I do not want to bring profit to an establishment that hires such rude and callous people. Such people should not work in the...

I had ordered the pizza online. My husband went to pick up the pizza.When I opened the box, I was shocked the see that the bread part at the end is bigger then the actual toppings area. I was able to count the pineapples. There were only 7 pineapples in Medium pizza. It was not fully cooked. I was hungry from morning. I didn’t except this kind of service from Pizza Hut. I always order from Pizza Hut and this time I am very very very disappointed. When I called them to complain about this- the lady who picked up the call shamelessly says “I am sorry I know we didn’t make it well today”. When you knew you didn’t made it well you were supposed to make it again, what do you want me to do? Come back and fight with you? And get another one?
