Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

Terrible absolutely terrible service. Rude for no reason. I asked if cheese or vegetarian was more fresh, he says why? What do u mean I want to know which one came out latest. Secondly, this place is stingy as fk. BBQ is usually a standard free topping like chili flakes or Olive oil. Not here here, you pay 90 cents even tho he said 80 cents just for bbq sauce a whole bin ful even if u just want a little for the crust. Horrendous service and would recommend another location, the one between Bathurst and Spadina does a better job w. Service.

Pizza Nova usually gives high quality food and good service, but this shop is a bit out of the norm. Placed order through app at around 15:00 for a 19:00 pick up. Usually other Pizza Nova shops have the order ready just when you arrive. But this shop seems to made the pizza over 15min ahead, it tasted awful. And they forget to make my sides! It is unbelievable that they have like 5 people in the kitchen, and that's not yet peak hour, but missed the side order. When I asked the cashier (Called Shay with long uncovered and untied hair) why it was taking more than 20 minutes she replied: “it takes so long because nobody orders that”. Me: “so, how long usually takes?” She: 25-30 minutes. Me: why you didn’t tell me that when I ordered it? She: because you didn’t ask. And turn around and went into the kitchen, leaving other customers waiting instead of taking the order.

Conclusion: this is my last time in one of your pizza nova stores....
