I've lived a couple blocks away from here for years but never actually went in. I always just thought it was a dry cleaner. Somehow my brain never connected the dots that this place was actually a cute little coffee shop and boutique grocery store. And a dry cleaner. I walked in the other day after eating a mediocre lunch nearby, and immediately regretted it the moment I saw the Jerusalem bagels. Well, I'm back. Took a run here to work up a calorie debt and indulged in an appropriately expensive avocado on Jerusalem bagel toast (insert rent joke here). I've seen some other reviewers complain about the price but honestly I could have easily split that and been satisfied. Definitely too full to run home. Thankfully, I don't have my backpack with me, or I would be going home with a lot of snacks, and probably wine. They got everything from bougie chips to coffee to a really tempting looking freezer full of real and faux meats. Great place to walk in the neighborhood if you're looking for some fancy foodstuffs, or a gourmet feeling lunch or snack without having to deal with yorkvillr. Lots of indoor seating and an admirably makeshift patio in the parking lot.

I've wanted to visit Creed's since the summer searching on a friend's behalf for a place to meet her friend. She said it was cosy, with good coffee and comfortable seating. Ive been waiting a few short months but finally got to experience it for myself! I arrived on a rainy Saturday morning around 9 and already ten people had set up in the corners. They were a mix of students, couples with young children creating around an art table, and singles reading papers or on their laptops. The smell of coffee and baked goods filled the space as did the relaxing instrumental music and looping videos on many screens. I immediately noticed the exposed brick and beams, live edge tables, upholstered swivel chairs and tidy chalkboard signs. The whole space has been crafted meticulously. Aiden, sporting a black toque and round spectacles, was pleasant and welcoming. Offered two choices of beans, I chose the house blend over the Guatemalan for my cappuccino. I sipped it while enjoying the WiFi, and drum beat music occasionally punctuated by children's squeals of delight. Definitely worth a visit!

Honestly if you’re looking for a nice chill spot as a student, I’d highly recommend coming to Creeds! There are many seats inside, and most has a plug/USB chargers on the tables. The cafe definitely gets busy as we came around at 3pm on Saturday, and the restaurant was quite full inside. Their menu offers a good selection of snacks/food and drinks. One unique feature is their pour offer coffee which is essentially a machine that has a kettle which automatically tips over to pour water into the cup as it spins. It’s a pretty cool thing to watch, and if it’s your first time visiting and ordering it, I definitely suggest watching the process. Once your coffee is done, you can customize it with cream and sugar at the counter. I also ordered the smoked salmon toast, and was quite satisfied with the amount of smoked salmon placed on it. The bread was made perfect crunchy yet soft without being too burnt, plus the salmon tasted fresh. Definitely recommend coming and will be back! IG: Ayenomz

For anyone who is looking an amazing place to set up your laptop to work, I would highly recommend this spot. I think my mouth dropped on seeing how large and nice this space is. I wasn't ever expecting this from Toronto ever. Another huge plus... they have a parking lot!!

The place has a lot of bright sun and tons of great seating where you can enjoy the a table to yourself without having people give you the evil eye cause everything is so cramped. The tables are enough for partners to share and seats are very comfy. I love the natural wood details everywhere. I was also loving the music as a background... it's happy and fun. Think Carly Rae Jepsen (but her newest album ... underrated Queen IMO), Halsey, or Dua Lipa.

The bar here has a lot of choice between your typical espresso drinks to beer, cider to kombucha. Another nice touch is they have 3 types of milk so you dont have to worry about your lactose intolerance.

Flat White with almond milk - The barista here puts care into each one and you can see the really nice clean design as you pick up your drink. The espresso here is a bit more bitter than other places and I think skews a bit more towards the espresso. Its a bit unbalanced but if you find it too strong, you could add a touch of sugar to temper it. 3.5/5

Iced Chai Latte - unfortunately the chai was very weak in flavour. We tasted more water and milk instead of any spice. We had to add cinnamon to give it some flavour. 2/5

Mochacinno - They use their own chocolate blend (or mixture) and you can definitely taste the chocolate. It was interesting as it was a dark chocolate note ... bordering on chalkiness. A touch too bitter perhaps. The balance of milk to espresso was much better in this one. 3/5

Overall, I think this is an excellent place to work and seeing how they're just reinvigorating the area with new condos, I can see this being a popular place...

I never write bad reviews but … While the interior is a beautiful open space with outlets and large tables everywhere (great for working) the actual food+drinks are absolutely not worth the price. We ordered an oat milk latte and it was incredibly watery with a burnt coffee flavour. The cups they use don’t have handles, so you’re struggling to hold a burning cup. We ordered the avocado toast, which was extremely disappointing considering the price. You get a very thin slice of bread, burnt on one side, with a thin smear of avocado spread that tastes like it is from a package, and a pile of pickled onions which haven’t been cut so you’re chomping on 10 inch long strings. We also got a tea, which was nice but came in a poorly insulated teapot so it cooled very quickly. We tipped 15% and they didn’t even bring over our order (even though they said they would), they just yelled out the items and we went up to collect them. For these 3 items with the tip we paid $33.34, which is just shocking considering the quality of the items and service.

Overall a very poor experience and we won’t...
