This location is so warm and welcoming. The staff truly cater to their customers. I was greeted immediately upon entry. Everyone was very friendly during my short time there. I ordered pizza for takeout and the staff didn’t hesitate to advise of current specials. Service was very quick and efficient. I got my order in the estimated timeframe they provided. The pizza was also absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. It had the perfect amount of toppings and it paired well with the dipping sauce they recommended. Reason for my 3 start rating is because one of staff stepped outside for a bit. When the staff finally stepped back inside, she placed the item she had brought from outside inside and instead of washing her hands before touching a pizza, she touched a whole pizza and proceeded to take an order. I just think it’s kinda unsanitary especially since we are recovering from a pandemic. Probably a simple mistake but didn’t like that. My pizza wasn’t touched by her but makes me wonder if this is something other...

Ordered from this location back at the end of June and haven't ordered again since... Pizza arrived around 80+ minutes after I ordered, was cold, and the driver practically tossed the box at me. Didn't say a word, and didn't apologize. And yes, I actually pre-tipped since I had already prepaid online. I've been ordering from these guys for almost 30 years...
