This place is pretty consistent. I always see the same woman working and my sub comes out the same every time. I love when you go to a place and you get exactly what you remember. The atmosphere is like every other subway. During lunch time high school kids crowd it and around 4pm. The plaza is pretty well kept. The one thing is I find that that the older woman is the only consistent staff. You see alot of turn around besides her. She seemed like the manager as she was training staff January 2019. I feel like the trainees need more supervision when making the sub. It's been an ongoing thing when I go in, someone new makes it and it's just bad. It's a sandwich I didn't think it could be made unappealing. That woman makes this subway a 5 🌟 because of how she makes my meatball, and breakfast subs. I put a 4 because of the experiences with the constant turn over staff. Years ago it didn't change as much... And all the staff that were there were consistent in making the sandwiches the same way. Also if u go in too early the veggies are frozen... So your eatting frozen veggies or it melts and everything gets soggy. Read moreI placed an order on Uber Eats for 3 sandwich's and 6 cookies. When I received my order instead of 6 cookies they gave me 6 bag of chips. I called subway explaining I did not want the chips and she did not care. I asked why she charged me for the cookies when I did not receive cookies, and she said I should be happy she didn't to charge me for the chips which are more expensive and that she has no time to make me cookies. The thing is, I did not eat these chips nor do I want them. She was not willing to help and so I asked for the manager, and she would not provide me with his contact info. I then proceeded to ask for her name and she hangs up on.
By far the worst experience I've ever had from Subway. You not only gave me the wrong items but you proceeded to treat your customer's concerns as if it was nothing even though you have charged them for it. Read moreMy today's experience in this subway was very bad. The opening time for subway was 9:00 am and I arrived there around 9:02am. The girl was very rude and talk to me very badly. She didn't serve me and told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes . I usually have no problem to wait for 20 minutes because I know it takes time to Settle things during the opening shift. But the way she treated me is ridiculous. She doesn't know how to treat her customers. She kept talking with someone on phone and kept ignoring me as I wasn't even there. After leaving the subway, I tried to call the subway official number 2 times. First time they didn't pick it up and second time they just cut my call. I had to go to home with empty stomach(I was very hungry😢) . I hope the owner will take appropriate measures if they care about their customers.
