Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

so...around 4 p.m. ...Went in to use the coupon I got at the Leafs game last night(they won 5-4 in O/T btw) at the Bay south of Gerrard location. wanted to get the free slice and also a large pizza.( which I would be purchasing)..both to go.... The guy says his scanner won't allow me the free slice. I have it on my app with my Pizza Pizza account. further tells me he doesn't have a cheese or pepperoni anyways. VERY uninviting...not rude...just curt. Given that Pizza Pizza is one of Toronto's Toronto Maple Leafs and The Raptors as well as other organizations major sponsors I couldn't believe his cavalier attitude. I then walked up to the Pizza Pizza on Yonge north of Carlton/College and was met with the exact opposite experience.

Very very poor customer quality service. I was so excited to try the plant base sandwich , this is a new item and I did not know there was a combo that included fries and a drink, neither does the manager Safran that was at the cash register told me about the combo when I was ordering. So I just ordered the drink and the sandwich. As Soon as I realized there was a combo and it was the same price of what I had payed, I asked if he can just upgrade my order to a combo so I can get the fries and he denied me that service. I asked him why and he said the system did not allowed him any change. We are in Canada year 2021, and Pizza pizza has a computer system that doesn’t allows customers to make a change for and upgrade on the same order? Weird. Clearly, he as a manager doesn’t know what he is doing. I won’t recommend to come to this location. Not only I did waited 20 min for my order if not also the manager was not even able to accommodate my request as a customer to upgrade my order. Unwelcome...

REALLY A DISAPPOINTMENT.

By far the worst staff working in a pizza pizza store. Live across the street in 736. I've been ordering from this place from the last 3 years, today I asked to use the washroom to wash my hands but wow, the guy at counter says washroom is only for customers. As long as I order a pizza I can expect kindness and humanity in return, otherwise who gives a damn.

Under many laws, businesses are often required to provide access to washrooms for the public, particularly in areas where there is no reasonable alternative nearby.

I hope the store will reconsider their policy and recognize the importance of accomodating the community it serves and especially the area it serves the people in.

I encourage the management of store to reconsider how they treat their long term customers who need to use their washrooms, given the fact that it is a bare-minimum that they can do given the fact that businesses' long term survival depends upon the loyalty of...
