My experience as Tsom student couldn’t be better! The TSOM student service are always there to help you out whenever you need. The employees are all very polite and friendly! At campus we used to have little parties to celebrate each different culture from different countries and meals are free! They send you all information about jobs, co-ops, and there are meetings on zoom for more instructions about how you do your resume, cover letter, etc. I had all support I needed from Tsom team and I am extremely thanks for all good experience they had provided me.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the recent convocation ceremony held at Meridian Hall. While it was a significant day for all graduates, there were several aspects of the event that left my family and me quite disappointed.

Lack of Amenities: We were surprised to find that there were no refreshments available, not even water. Considering many attendees had traveled long distances, it would have been considerate to provide basic amenities.

Name Pronunciation: Unfortunately, my name was pronounced incorrectly during the ceremony despite providing the correct enunciation beforehand. This moment is very special for graduates, and accurate pronunciation is essential.

Absence of Professors: Many of the professors who taught us in class were not present at the ceremony. For many graduates and their families, meeting the educators who played a significant role in our academic journey is an important part of the celebration. Their absence was noticeable and disappointing.

Convocation is a pivotal event that celebrates our hard work and achievements. It was disheartening that these issues overshadowed what should have been a joyous occasion shared with family and friends. I hope the Toronto School of Management takes this feedback into consideration to improve future ceremonies for all graduates.

Thank you for your attention to...

Please no not study at TSOM. this school has no value/recognition in public colleges and universities if you want to continue your studies. Their answer was we are a private school and we set our own rules. please look out for other private school who has an accreditation with a college or university like Alpha Academy college with St lawrence college. Spend 13000$ cdn for NOTHING, and management has no empathy. their answer was anything i will say will not convince you. You are a school that offers management program, customer services courses and yet your customer services was to fight and to try to convince us of your reasons without understanding that spending 13000$ for a non recognized diploma by other public colleges and universities in Canada. In matter of fact we were told by them, that a high school diploma from any country has more value than the diploma done at TSOM. Even their teachers has more compassion towards my current situation than the associate director. The associate director answered the phone like he wants to fight instead of being calm. and work with me. 13000$ lost in tuition for diploma that has no value as my high school diploma at Cambridge. THEY DO NOT OFFER UNDERGRADUATE DIPLOMA, THATS A LIE. an undergraduate diploma in Canada is recognized by most public college and universities and most of...
