Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

In all my years of eating pizza pizza I have never been served so horribly. It was 1am in the morning I called in to order a 3-topping pizza ( ham, bacon, pineapple) for pick up. I went to get the pizza.. My mistake I guess for not checking it before I left. When I got home I opened it only to find it had pepperoni and pineapples on it. I hate pepperoni. And it's missing a topic. I ended up going back with the pizza. The Indian guy that was working there ( mid-age with a belly) was quiet rude. I opened the box to show him, at which point he signaled me to hand him the pizza and threw it under one of the ovens. He started to make another one when I noticed he didn't put any ham on it, instead he put bacon stripes and bacon crumble with pineapples.. I tried to tell him that not the topics but he was just so rude and I was so tired after work I didn't even bother to argue with him about it. While waiting I asked him for the pizza he took back because I was starving to eat it while I wait for the other one he was making. Finally minutes have gone by and he handed me my pizza and told me to throw the one that was wrong out in the garbage. Even proceeded to tell me how to put it in the garbage. I was shocked at this man's attitude and behaviour. I took the two pizzas and left. This time when I left the store and opened the box to see the pizza and this one was disgustingly burnt!!!! I couldn't believe it! I didn't even bother to go back. Made no sense seeing he probably would have done the next pizza even worse. Not only was this pizza burnt around but it was literally not edible, the pizza was so thick that the crust and bottom was burnt but the inside was raw. Due to this one person I refuse to go back and ever buy from there again. Pizza pizza should consider doing a training course on customer service or just fire certain people that are miserable working for them. You guys are...

Today I ordered a CAULIFLOWER pizza. We ordered it to our home. Once the pizza came we discovered that it was NOT cauliflower and so we called pizza pizza. We also order another pizza with the original crust and they looked the same. After looking over the cameras they had told us that our pizza was cauliflower. I have ordered the cauliflower crust almost 7 times now and I know that it was not cauliflower they didn’t look the same as usual or taste the same. They gave us $20 discount but I was still disgusted by this. So we went to the store that the pizza came from. We went in and showed them the pizza and they continued to show us the FROZEN version saying that the crust size is the same and they look the same. The crust size was not the same and they said that that was what happens when they cooked. When something is frozen the particles shrink which would mean that the pizza frozen would be smaller then the one cooked. But the pizza they gave me was smaller. Unless they changed the recipe to be WORSE then before I am NOT convinced. Will never be ordering from this store ever again and if the other stores are equally as bad I will not order from...

I don't who have the control but the guy to making the pizza he thinks that is the boss.. bad actitud.. today agust 20 in the night time.. They not are pet friendly... If you need water they don't have water if you don't buy the bottle that they sell.. with all Lot respect was a Indian guy... If somebody needs a picture a have it ... But it's to much for small business ... Upgrade the guy for today 22 August don't give me options for spacy pizza he just said.. " no . I don't have it" and that was all .. seriously your people works like this?so racist .. was Indian guy .... I can believe this... Today was 22 and still don't give me good attention.... Come on! You don't gonna do nothing?

Still so racist!! You never change Nothing.. and also the pizza's that you sell in front they're are like one day ago make it.. the flavor and the taste is like when you put on the microwave... Nobody Care's that's...
