It was second experience that I felt very offended by the teller or tellers working here. The first was when I overheard one teller explaining to a customer who insisted there was wrong withdrawal from her account. As we all expect, withdrawals without knowledge is very perplexing. When the female customer couldnât accept her narrative, the female teller shouted OMG in front of the customer, which was interrupted in three seconds by one male teller, who led the customer to a private booth after twenty or thirty minutes of standing argument. What a Poor level of customer management skills !!! Yesterday, I visited after months of irregular service hours or closure of this branch. I deposited cash, various multi bills due to the limited numbers of opened branches around me at my available time ranges. After big miscalculation of a teller , I finished finally . I needed to change a name of my business bank account , but they said the person who can help me is overbooked so they have to search available time. The busily overbooked person in charge showed up , saying unnecessary ice breaking words to me . â 3 days later, ...â In my thought, âyou can do the change while you are lingering here with me for 7 minutes meaninglessly other than making me come days later for the change , change, change of name !!!â The worst part comes here. When I said bye , have a good day , approaching the gate in the corner, she was too early to complain about a customer and the work who pay monthly account fees for three and service charge extra. â Ahh, she ,,, bills,,, cash,,,,,.â I wanted go back to ask âpardon me?â , but I was busy. First, the manager who sits and chuckles behind your tellers everyday , monitor and watch them , properly educate them as not a super employee but a average customer service rep. Second, when you swear and complain behind customers, count 10 before shoot out of your mouth because when they leave they want to check and think of anything unfinished or wrong in front of the door. Well, now TD have closed a number of branches , then I donât need to keep the accounts with them. I WILL change a bank to a normal one, so I wonât go back there, especially this branch. Very disgusting!!! Behave as part of TDâs brand , donât whine in front of customers , donât use exclamation when dealing with customers. One of your commercials was showing working people for various jobs ( dirty and hard ones) then saying ,â we know how you make the money , so take care of it as .â Come on !!!    Read moreI am writing this review, not to describe the main bank, but only for this branch, and especially the employee whose name is ( sherpa norbu). I booked an appointment and met him on Monday with the aim of increasing my credit card balance after I received an email informing me that I was eligible to increase my balance. After our meeting ended, he said that he would come back to inform me of the result in two days, but a whole week passed, and I did not receive anything from him. I emailed him after a week to clarify the matter. He replied that your request was rejected because you use t o o deposit money in your balance and then used it. I was shocked because there is no benefit to a credit card except for using it like that even though I made all my debts before the due date. If I wanted to save money, I would have used a saving account. I informed him that I was upset with the way I was treated by a bank from which I was accustomed to receiving all help and respect from other branches, and that I would transfer all my accounts and insurance services to another bank. He was indifferent and did not bother to respond or provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the delay in responding and its cause.    Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Norbu Sherpa. When depositing a $25,000 check, I clearly showed him on my banking app that the bank was making the full amount available to me immediately. However, he insisted that the process had changed and that it was now automatic. I tried to explain to him that the bank manually processes these transactions, but he kept insisting otherwise.
To my great surprise, when he handled the deposit of two other checks, he manually blocked the funds, proving that he did have control over the transaction, contrary to what he had claimed. Even worse, he made a mistake by also blocking an amount that was already available in my account. It was only when he called his colleague that I realized he had deliberately misled me.
This lack of professionalism and honesty is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against dealing...
