Horrible. The manager has a really poor attitude when it comes to customers. He doesn't care as soon as he has your money in hand. I stopped ordering there a year ago until last night for that exact reason. Where as the pizzaville up the street have a super super friendly staff, always smiling, and always happy to accommodate.
I checked my order when I got to the car because they messed up in the past and customer service did nothing as it was "too late" they said. And I'm not one to complain but this time was horrible. I went back in the store and that's when it all started. In front of a busy crowd, the Pizza Pizza manager began saying its my fault he gave me the wrong wings after placing a walk in order. I said how is it my fault when it says breaded on the receipt you handed to me with the pizza and wings?! The argument got so ridiculous that people in the restaurant were laughing. He was persistent and kept arguing with me. He took the old wings back and told me to wait for new ones. I said what am I going to do with a cold pizza now? He said it will be fine. Wow. So I called customer service. They called him. After more heated arguing they offered more wings. So cold pizza and 20 wings was their solution. I can't eat 20 wings by myself anyway so it's a waste. I asked for a store credit and the customer service told me I can't have a credit if I take the wings. I said keep the wings just give me a refund. Their response was they cannot issue refunds. I was absolutely furious. To sum it up - I left the restaurant with a cold pizza, NO wings, and they kept all my money.

Order was placed at 9:21pm, I left at 10pm. Was left on hold until after 10:30pm by customer service waiting to speak to floor manager when I finally gave up. I have receipts and their written documentation to prove everything.

Read moreAbsolutely disappointed at the customer service, both the employees there and the pizza pizzas customer service phone line. Most incompetent pizza pizza establishment I've ever been to. I waited 15 minutes to just place an order. Fine I can understand it may be busy (even though were 2 people just waiting for their order). I ordered my pizza and was told to be wait 25 minutes. I step out to wait in my car, when I came back in 25 minutes the worker takes my receipt, me thinking he's verifying my order number, he was actually reading the ingredients to start to make my pizza. When I asked him, he said it will take another 5 minutes. That absolutely made me livid, in which world does it take 5 minutes to make an extra large pizza? Even frozen pizzas at superstore take longer to cook and those are pre-made. I told the employee to cancel my order and he kept insisting to wait 5 minutes, which I knew would have defined been longer, probably 15 minutes more. I ended up getting cash back, though I paid with Visa. I went home and called the pizza pizza customer service over phone and the representative did not assist at all but instead said I was given a full refund. She said to wait for the district manager to call back, to which I wonder what her job was then, if she can't even resolve a conflict like this. The rude employee will wear the SAME PAIR OF GLOVES to take your cash payment (& then return your change by throwing it on the counter at you), check notifications on his phone, plug in his phone to charge, AND THEN go on to make the pizza you just ordered. HOW DISGUSTING! When this concern was brought up, the employee rolled his eyes, goes to the back room, grabs a new pair of gloves, checks his phone again and then puts on the new pair of gloves to CONTINUE making the SAME PIZZA that was CONTAMINATED! Obviously, I refused to take that pizza and requested for a new one (response I got "but ma'am I already washed my hand") - guess what, he puts that pizza into the fridge for the next customer who orders that same sized pizza.
