I was at your restaurant today and the woman who was serving me (with the very short haircut and glasses) has no manners. After I ate, I had asked her politely to provide me with a bigger container for my leftovers, instead of the small container she had placed on my table. But she refused to listen to me because she wanted to do it her own way. The last time I checked, the customer is ALWAYS right. I fully told her to get the bigger container again and she still refused. Now I just got home and the sauce from the noodles had spilled all over the inside of my bag. I wanted the bigger container for a reason. This was something I was trying to avoid. Why couldn't your employee listen???!!
Also, another customer, who was dining-in had asked the same waitress to provide her a bottle of water instead the pouring it into a plastic cup. And she refused to listen to her too. I don't understand... is it her noodles? is she paying for that water bottle? who does she think she is? She's obviously not putting money in your business bank account.
Here's a tip: When someone ask you to do something for them, you do it! Especially if they are paying for the service. I don't get what's so hard about opening up your ears to listen. We are paying for the service. This waitress fully heard us after we repeated ourselves. This type of service will make anyone upset. Maybe you don't care because you think this situation is little but It actually matters to someone who's putting money in your pocket. You are suppose to go with the customer's needs.
And just for what I witnessed and experienced today, I will not be coming back to Golden Asian Cuisine again. Please hire better waiters/waitresses who know the importance of customer service, because I don't think your employees have a sense of hospitality ingrained in them. Read moreI've eaten at Asian Cuisine for the past three months since I began working in the area. Always ordered the same lunch special. I changed the dish today and when i went to order I was undercharged. i asked for the order to make sure it was correct. The counter staff said it was correct. While I was waiting I helped myself to two extra packages of soy sauce and a pair of chopsticks. The woman working the counter with streaked hair informed me I would have to pay extra for the soy sauce. I was then handed the wrong order and told to have a nice day. I demanded a refund and left.
I implore you to never order from Golden Asian Cuisine as they clearly demonstrate a lack of respect for their customers and don't seem to care about any type of customer satisfaction.

The selection is so vast that you could literally go there and eat every day and never repeat your order!!! The front counter is captained by a wonderful personality that is as close to an Angel as a human can get. Her sincere smile and service are a visual and aural staple when ordering and paying for your order. The chefs in ths kitchen are 100% awesome 100% of the time!!!
