KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

Went into the store to order 3 big crunch chicken sandwiches for takeout, at home noticed that they were regular chicken sandwiches, called them, explained, told them I’d be coming back, showed the girl at the counter that it wasn’t what I ordered, she insisted that it was, trying to convince me that they were Big Crunch sandwiches, insulting me & being rude in the process, like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about! She gave me 3 new sandwiches, went home & noticed, 1 was an actual Big Crunch, the other two looked like regular mechanically deboned chicken patties!!! Either they ran out of the Big Crunch or thought that maybe people are too stupid to realize or notice the difference! Regardless, never coming back to this terrible location & neither should you, the quality is crap. Don’t waste your money, Popeyes is much better! Alth ough I happen to be a big KFC fan, when it’s right, it does have a better taste than Popeyes, but so disappointed, this franchise has lost its consistency in its overall quality, really, it has. My first visit to the place. This was 9 o'clock on the DOT when I ordered my food. My daughter and I were going to use the washroom to wash our hands the door was locked I asked for the key they told me they didn't have it. How is that even possible?!? You don't have the key to your own washroom??? You mean to tell me somebody came by lock the door and walked away with the key?!? Anyway I got the point they were cleaning up and getting ready to close so I asked what time was this location closing, they said 10 o'clock. Hmm... an hour to go and no access to the washrooms... so anyway, I was never asked "for here or to go?" as the usual fast food restaurant. Got my food in a bag and I proceeded to sit at the high chairs/counter just across from the order counter. As soon as we sit down the staff started talking in Hindi and quite loud between them. Makes me wonder if they were talking about us has they were trying to rush us out of the restaurant. Anyway, overall not the best experience I've had. Didn't like the customer service, they were quite rude. As for the food, the only thing that seemed like a day old were the french fries, the chicken sandwich and the chicken...

Just had the worst experiencing ordering at the Kipling and Albion location. If she actually gave me my receipt I’d tell you who it was. She is around 5 foot and of Indian ethnicity I believe. I came in with a $25 gift card and bought something for $29.99 plus tax so it was around $33. I told her the gift card wouldn’t cover it she still told me to go and do it. I did it and it declined. I work retail so I know you have to put the exact gift card amount first. Anyways it declined then she proceeded to say I don’t what to tell you. Are you going to pay or not ( no one was in line behind me ) I was absolutely shocked. I asked her to do a split payment so I can pay the remaining balance on my card. She rolled her eyes and said I guess. It went through the way I suggested. Not okay behaviour from someone that is supposed to be the face of your store. It’s not my first bad experience with this location. Luckily I have been on that end of things and decided not to confront her in person.
