Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

This place has the worst customer service. I went there to pick up my order today, I had ordered a normal crust pizza but they served me with a thin crust pizza. Maybe because they were running busy or whatever. They guy that works on closing shift is always frustrated and talks very rudely. I have this experience before but did not report it as I live in the same neighborhood and frequently order from this location. But today I felt like reporting it as he does not care about it. Also, he is very clumsy and always sweating like hell. I came at 3.00am and they close at 3.00 am but because I had placed order online and paid in the app he gave me the pizza but did not gave me a dipping sauce when I asked for it. He was like ‘ I can’t give you that don’t you know I’m closed for the day’. The tone of him and his expression disappointed me and annoyed me today. I understand you guys close at 3.00am and I was right on time but there is a way of saying this to the customer. I’m sure the owner would have not talked to me like this, but this guy believes he owns the store. He is dark skin guy and works in closing shift. I would strongly suggest the owner to train his employees and remove those who are just working for the sake of money or getting their residency status. This guy is pathetic and I would be so glad if this location works on training their employees. I had no option but to take pizza just because I had already paid in the app and had no other option or else I would have left without...

I came to this location on Tuesday December 18th to pick up two medium pizzas and chicken bites around 4pm. The first medium was extra cheese and bacon crumble which my family had finished. The second medium i picked up was chicken pepperoni on half and other half bacon crumble; i decided to save the second medium for the next day. I woke up the next day to warm up three slices; three for my sons lunch. My son wanted to have a bite of the pizza so i said sure as he was chewing he felt a "crunchy" object. I told him to spit it out; after checking through the chewed up food i noticed a hard object. I took a closer look and it was a spring from a pen. My son asked why would someone put this in our food. I called Pizza Pizza right away to let them know what i had found and the customer service employee had apologized and offered me $10. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PIZZA PIZZA!!! What if my six year old son shallowed the object? After hanging up the phone i called head office a head manager said he would do an investigation and call me back by the end of the day Tuesday. It is now Thursday and i haven't heard back. How would a sharp object get into the pizza without the person making the pizza notice? This is unacceptable...

Ordered last night left a review but it was taken down for some reason , pizza took over an hour we are literally a 2 min drive from the restaurant but have a baby so we got delivery. We tried phoning pizza pizza to ask about the 60 minute guarantee while waiting on the line the driver showed up and told us to dispute it with pizza pizza after 55 minutes we finally got through , rep told us the driver tried to phone you at 8:43 which is after the 60 minutes(8:41) so I informed him that it was after the guaranteed time. He began to get rude and denied just saying that so I told him not to guarantee something if they cant uphold it, thats false advertising I didn't make the rules ... either way he told us the pizza would not be free whatever we already prepaid. what I take away from this is pizza pizza is running a scam now with their guatantee drivers are obviously advised to call while on there way if they know they will be late that way they can try and claim they are at the address and have some sort of proof. In my case I watched him pull up I was outside he didn't get their intime but for anyone reading this go to another pizza place pizza pizza just isn't worth it anymore plenty of better...
