Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I visited this place last night with my friends. There is a lady that works during the night. We were astonished to see that nobody was wearing uniform or gloves to ensure the health and safety checks. We asked her to wear gloves and she gave us a weird look. She even was not paying attention to our order. She gave us the wrong order and one of my friend was allergic to bacon which is why we had ordered the pizza half and half but they made the pizza with bacon all over it. We complained about it but she said she doesn’t care about it. She forced my friend to eat the pizza and said refused for a refund. Even the chef was so rude to us that we got ourselves insulted in front of all the people that were present in the store that time. Truly dissatisfied with the customer service experience that they are providing. I don’t understand how can people treat other people with such disrespect. She even asked us to leave the store while giving back the money for refund. I would suggest you to never visit this location and if you are, be prepared of the outcome because you will get your night spoiled and will have to go home empty stomach without anyone paying attention to your emotions, money and time! I just visited this store 20 mins ago. There is a lady who works at the counter during this time. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDER WITH HER. She is extremely rude and not at all cooperative with your oder details. I asked her to wear gloves while making my pizza but she refused to do the same. After getting my order, she gave me the wrong pizza. Upon checking with her, she said she does not care about it. I am allergic to Bacon and cannot eat it but she said that I am lying and will not give me a refund. I talked to the other person who was helping her but they both said the same. I asked for the manager but they did not listen to me. After a huge fight, she gave me my money and asked me to leave the store. This is super dissatisfaction and sheer disappointment and insult of the customer service that the company is providing. They have zero etiquettes on how to treat their customers and even after telling her that I am allergic to something, she forced me to have it. The management can check the cameras to gather proofs. She did not even tell me her name and I did not want to click her picture because I respect a person’s privacy but this is sheer insult and mismanagement of staff!!!! I would never want to visit this location and I will tell all my friends to never go to this...

This pizza pizza is high volume, right next to a school, so it’s busy most of the time, but the staff are efficient and get the lines moving so the wait is not terrible.

Some pizza pizza locations skimp out on the toppings and claim to have 1-1.5 inch crust margins, which I’m not sure is the actual reason they do that, or if the person managing that location wants to make a few extra pennies on the dollar. This location is not one of those. Ive always been happy with their service I received and the food I’ve gotten from here.

I’ve actually asked for a pizza without cheese there a few times, and the cooks were kind enough to make the toppings cover the pizza that it was always a filling and enjoyable meal. Not a big fan of the diya cheese (it’s great for those of you who are). So I opted for no cheese instead, and they make a mean no cheese veggie pizza! And topped with BBQ sauce, what could be better? Well maybe hot sauce...

This is a great location to grab a quick bite and I have never had any issues with their customer service. I would highly recommend this location if your on the transit system, it’s hard to find parking in this...
