If you're ordering the jumbo pizza make sure they take out a box and write your name on it. That's how they keep track of orders. They forgot to do that for us and we waited for 40 minutes before realizing that they hadn't even started on our order. Luckily we had asked for the receipt. They were pretty apologetic and gave us a pizza that was already in the oven so it didn't take much time after that. The pizza itself tasted great.
As expected, it is costlier than regular stores but still affordable. They offer XL slices ($5) and XL pizzas ($25), and numerous sides. The slices are usually available immediately.
The majority of the staff were not wearing masks properly.
There is no free WiFi.

When I walked in around 6:29 PM and asked to order a fresh pizza, the staff directly told me they wouldn't make one. Instead, they forced me to choose from the leftover slices sitting on the shelf. The attitude was dismissive and rude, with zero effort made to offer proper service or even acknowledge me as a customer. It felt like they didn’t care whether I bought anything or not.
The customer service was absolutely terrible — probably the worst I’ve ever seen at any Pizza Pizza location. On top of that, the slices they did offer were undercooked and doughy, tasting more like raw batter than actual pizza.
Extremely disappointed. Avoid this location if you expect decent service or properly...
Read moreThe. Slowest. Pizza. Service. Ever. It was 17 bucks for 3 slices too (thankfully they are big slices). There were only 10 people in front of me in line and it took me 35 minutes to get my three slices of Za. They had 3 or 4 people working in the back and just one person working the till who also has to manually separate the slices. I think this is where the breakdown in efficiency occurs.
To put it in perspective, I ordered 3 large pizzas in Oakville and got it delivered to my house all in under 35 minutes.
They really need to redesign their setup for better efficiency. It could also be a side effect of fewer people wanting to work during covid.
The other Pizza Pizza by Beavertails truck on the island had multiple cashiers and moving waaaaay faster. Go...
