We did a large Pizzaiolo order for our three year old's birthday party at the Withrow Park Clubhouse. I was SO happy with our choice to go with Pizzaiolo.

When I placed my order online ahead of time, I wasn't sure I had done the timing correctly, so I called the store and said I was about to place my order for X place and time, but if I mess it up, could they help me correct it.. they said of course, and then (5*), the same person called me back to let me know they had received the order and that it was for the time I wanted.

Delivery to Withrow Park Clubhouse - on time, delivery person didn't even need to call me. I was unsure if the delivery team would have a hard time finding the Clubhouse, but they were so good. They came within the 15 min window specified, and brought the pizzas right into the party room, dodging children and decor.

This is the third time this has happened at this location. I place an order online, receive a confirmation that the order will be ready in 25 minutes, show up in 30 minutes just to be told they don't have my name or my order details. Then when I show them the order on my phone they go in the back and disappear for 5 minutes and then return and tell me that they are working on it. They keep apologizing saying the order will be done soon but make me wait another half hour to 45 minutes. Why take online orders and day it's gonna be ready in 25 min?
