I will not contact you for the simple reason that I don't believe you will do the correct and right thing.

I will tell you that you need to make sure that the people who work for you at that particular location have to pay attention to the cleanliness of the place. They have to pay attention to the fact that flies keep on landing on the pizza that is in the display case. You have to make sure that the people who work for you do not sneeze in the back without covering their mouth and nose. And you need to train your staff to actually listen to the clientele that walks through the door and not dismiss their comments in such a way that it makes the client turn around and walk out.

That girl that was at the till did not care at all about the fact that we both told her there were flies sitting on the pizza slices. She said but they're only landing on the peppers... Excuse me but if a fly is landing on the peppers on the pepperoni or the cheese wherever the fly Lance that pizza has to be put in the trash not left for display and then warmed up for some unsuspecting victim!!!

My friend and I had the misfortune of entering this establishment.

I am saying misfortune , because the first thing we saw the pizza slices that were out had flies all over them. The second reason I'm saying misfortune is because the girl that was there was very unbothered by the fact that we told her there are flies on the pizza. She told us pizza is expensive as if that was something we asked her which we did not.

When we ask to have a slice from a new pizza. She didn't seem to be bothered to want us as patronso. After being told that it's ok the flies are only coming to the vegetables on the pizza we decided to leave. I forgot to mention there was a guy in the back.He was busy reading something and then he sneezed without even covering his mouth and that would have been close to ingredients. That's absolutely disgusting. Whoever owns this franchise needs to fire those children and hire someone who will actually care about the quality of food and the quality of service and hygiene of the establishment.

Update: since this issue, the store has been very kind to me and my wife. With our newborn, it's difficult to get to our building's front door. The delivery guys somehow find a way in ( we have no working buzzer) and bring us our meal with a smile. The store is absolutely wonderful. It's solely because of the store that I'm changing my star review.

We have for been waiting for our order since before 7pm It's now 8:30. Customer service says that 1)they mixed up our orders and sent it to someone else. After accepting a free order at 8:30, customer service says that THAT order "simply was never made by the store". As repeat customers, let me tell you all that their panzos are absolutely great. But make sure you have a backup cause if you're ordering from this store, you just might starve. Edit: 2 days later, we received a credit for a free meal. Delivery driver Omid came and pleasantly apologized about the mixup. He suggested we order online from now on and I think we may...

Yummy yummy yummy. We ordered their large 5 topping pizza. Unlike most places they actually put in good portion of toppings and it tastes very good. Great value for money, great tasting food. Would highly recommend. You can customize the toppings as well as cheese which made me even happier.

Edit: changing my original rating to two star because in the past couple of months they have deteriorated horribly. Their customer service at Dundas St E is terrible now. Spoke to an Indian Women on the night of Jan 26, 2022 she needs to be retrained on how to behave with customers. I was recommending pizzaville to everyone, not now anymore.

This same brunch messed up my order thrice - two times they gave me less number of toppings than what I paid for, and once the pizza they made was inedible.

I’m super sad to see how my favourite pizza place deteriorated over time.
