I came early because when I placed the order through the phone, I was already 5-10 mins away from this location. I didn't expect to get criticized and yelled at for coming TOO EARLY the moment I walked through the door. The two brown staff members were saying twice (they treated me as if I'm a dumb blonde deaf person that couldn't hear them the first time and gave me hell of an attitude) that it's not ready yet and that they won't get to my order until later because there were like, 2-3 other orders before mine. They said it'll be 10-20 mins wait. Also said this twice. They were quite temperamental and snappy and snarky in their tone. I absolutely detest people talking to me like that. I thought to try a new pizza chain other than my regular Domino's but I didn't expect it to be quite the long wait (the staff said 10 mins but it felt longer than that) and the staff were inattentive and looked like they were so done with their job and didn't wanna be there. In addition to being unprofessional, my gluten-free crust prosciutto and spinach pizza was available in large size only. I didn't know that when the phone operator took my order (not his fault). I found out when I walked into the store. Okay, that's fine. It absolutely didn't look like a large size because the box it came in was so small and spinach was spilling out of the sides of the box as they closed. It's like they sloppily just slammed it in there and didn't care about the representation of the food. That's so unsanitary! What I thought was ridiculous next was I thought that they wouldn't take credit card because another customer came in to pick-up their order they placed and they ended up using their debit card, so I thought it was a "debit or cash only" place. They were not being transparent and clear with their payment options. It's also super inconvenient and not accommodating. I don't know if it's the staff's baseline personality, but they were super sneaky and sly looking. They did not have trustful eyes and because the kitchen counter where they do the pizza orders are covered, I don't know if they were trying to add or subtract things into my pizza order without my knowledge but still charge me the full original price. I didn't feel safe waiting inside even. I truly believe in karma and I hope time will catch up to them and that karma will receive its assignment and make this pizza chain out of business because this isn't how you...

I’ve never had Pizzaville before because I never thought much about it but I’ve been seeing ads of their new New York Style Cup N Char Pepperoni Pizza which looks very tasty. So I wanted to try if it lived up to the hype.
I went on their website to order New York Style Cup N Char Pepperoni Pizza. One downside is that you can only it as an XL pizza at $23.99. I’m unsure if you can manually recreate it yourself online but I wanted to order it as advertised. Although I did add pineapple to half of the pizza because I love pineapple on my pizza. They also have a promotion for 2 dips for $2, so I ordered their Creamy Garlic and Tomato Sauce. Upon checkout, I was offered 2 free bottled drinks, so I got Canada Dry x2. Overall, total was $33.17 and I was able to pay upon arrival in-store. Website said the order will be ready in 20mins.
I arrived and the employee was very friendly and funny. He ensured the New York Style Cup N Char Pepperoni Pizza is very good. Also, I found out this Pizzaville location has been around for 23 years. In terms of the ambiance of the store, it looks as any other typical chain pizza store.
I got there early so I got the pizza as it was coming out of the oven. The XL pizza comes in 8 big slices. I was very hungry and was only able to eat 5 slices myself. But I can see a group of up to 4 sharing this pizza. If anything, you’ll have leftovers.
Unfortunately there are no pics because it tasted that great! The undercarriage isn’t too thin and perfectly crisp. The pepperoni and cheese were perfect. The crust is alright, nothing to rave about. Their Creamy Garlic comes a close second to Pizza Pizza’s Creamy Garlic. It has a very subtle tiny bit of tang/vinegary taste, but the consistency is pretty much the same as Pizza Pizza’s Creamy Garlic.
Overall, I’d come back and order it again. I think I’ll add mushrooms and pineapple tbh. But by itself,...
Read morePizzaville is my favorite pizza. This location is the closest to my work but the past 2 or 3 orders have been dissapointing... 3 orders ago, they did not give me a double topping of what i ordered and delivered cold pizza. Like it was sitting outside for hours.
Today's order, My Safety seal was peeled and folded in the box upon delivery. I knew the seal was peeled. Aside from that, i asked for double potato toppings and they barely even put one toppings worth. And for an expensive pizza, they should be generous with their toppings. I like my pizza spicy with green chillies which i requested and they didn't add that either!
For a $35 dollar pizza, you should be giving appropriate toppings when people are paying for them and should be making the pizza right! AND MAKE SURE YOU SEAL IT CORRECTLY.
I called customer service and they gave me a credit for my next pizza. So i am pleased with that.
I will change my rating when this location starts making...
