First time I have ordered from Pizzaville and everything was delicious. The website was easy to use, delivery to my apt door within the estimated time, and by a nice/friendly person. The order was more than enough for two people but I enjoy having leftover pizza for breakfast. I had stopped ordering pizza after so many disappointing experiences from a different pizza chain at Danforth/Woodmount. Pizzaville has me already looking forward to my next order and has put an end to my grocery store frozen pizza. I would also like to visit this Queen St. location as it used to be the movie theater I frequented as a child/teen in the 60s. Why did I choose Pizzaville? My partner came home with delicious leftover work pizza last week. His company had ordered from Pizzaville Milliken Crossing on Steeles.

Ordered a artichoke heart, sun-dried tomato and black olive pizza. There was maybe two artichoke hearts no sun-dried tomato and the toppings that were on the pizza weren’t even spread out, 4 slices were just cooked dough. On top of that the box was Caked in grease! I’ve ordered this pizza from Pizzaville before and its never looked like this. Talked to customer service because you cant call the store directly and they said they would get the store to call me which nobody did, then I called back and they said the guy only makes pizza and doesn’t deal with the customers.

Ordered a pizza tonight for the first time from this place. It arrived in a dirty, clear recycling bag, and the seals were both off the pizza box. I didn’t even eat it because it looked like the pizza box/pizza had been tampered with. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. There are many other pizza places in the neighbourhood that won’t leave your pizza looking like someone had opened it. Should have read reviews before wasting my money.

I'm posting this review hoping to improve what used to be my delivery pizza go to. We Beachers know that when it comes to delivery pizza, Pizzaville WAS one of the best in this area. The pizza was always delivered fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. I'm sorry to say this isn't the case anymore.

I've been ordering Pizzaville for years, and was always satisfied and happy to accept the pizza showing up at my door. I'm not sure what changed but the quality seems to have declined significantly. Over the past year or so I've always been delivered a sloppy, lukewarm mess. The taste is different as well, this store always had a signature flavor that seems to have disappeared.

Its not easy writing this because I've been loyal to Pizzaville for a long time. I don't mind paying the premium over something more generic like Pizza Pizza but I want that quality in return. I don't know if the suppliers, or the ownership has changed but I want my pizza back, so...

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered from this place via Uber Eats in 8:25 pm. Restaurant deliver with their own staff. So unlike other orders you can't track delivery in that. Estimated delivery time was 8:50-9:10. Around 9:25 I called the number from Uber Eats to check my order. They checked and told me it will be there in 5-10 mins. I waited 15 minutes, there was nobody there. I placed order in 8:25 pm and it was relatively close location. I didn't cancel order until 10:30 pm. But this restaurant didn't deliver my order and also didn't update the order situation. They basically waited for me to cancel order so they thought they would get away by not delivering. At the end, I paid for something that they didn't deliver to me. Very unprofessional, horrible service. Avoid this place, I will also cancel my Uber subscription too, they were not helpful and charged me with something I...
