I love this beach. It has something for everyone, whether you want to enjoy the sun and the waves or relax in the shade and watch the world go by. This beach offers a variety of spots to suit your mood.

On the north side of the boardwalk, you can find many mature trees that create vast areas of shade. They are perfect for keeping you cool and comfortable on a hot day. On the south side of the boardwalk, closer to the water, you can experience the warmth and brightness of the sand. There is plenty of space to spread out and soak up some rays. Even on this side, you can still find some clumps of trees and shrubs near the water’s edge, where you can take a break from the sun and enjoy some privacy.

When you get hungry or thirsty, you can choose from a range of options on the boardwalk. There are restaurants and food trucks that serve delicious food and drinks. Sometimes, in the evening, there is live entertainment on the boardwalk, or street performers that showcase their talents. You can join the crowd and have some fun, or just sit back and observe from a distance.

This beach is a great place to be during the summer. Whether you want to be seen or unseen, this...

Kew-Balmy Beach Park, located in Toronto, is a delightful waterfront oasis that stretches along the shores of Lake Ontario. This inviting park features sandy beaches, making it a popular spot for sunbathing and swimming during the summer months. The picturesque boardwalk offers stunning views of the lake and is perfect for leisurely strolls or cycling. With ample green space, it's a great place for picnics and outdoor activities, such as beach volleyball. Kew-Balmy Beach Park provides a serene escape from the urban buzz and is a favorite destination for both locals and tourists seeking relaxation...

Such an amazing place! Came here with my family as Scarborough Bluffs parking was full, and was genuinely surprised.

The beach is good and not too crowded (compared to other popular beaches nearby). It has a relaxed vibe and we ended up playing on the sand for a bit. You'll also find a couple of volleyball nets, a cute little icecream shop called Beaches and Cream (must try!) and a van renting out SUPs, canoes and kayaks. There is a boardwalk to walk on, and a cycle path. The sunset here is also quite pretty.

Overall, would highly...

Serene beach with super clean water. It is very calm and not much crowded as other beaches. Best for Sunday picnic with family. They have kid’s playground with great shade from trees, also Kew gardens are quick walk if you need to just sit in the shades! I love how close it is to Queen st where you can have plenty of options to eat and drink and yet very serene and calm away from city sounds! They have public washrooms, easy to spot from google maps.

One of my favourite places to visit regularly every summer. It’s not as busy as woodbine beach. Love to go there to sit on the rocks and meditate, or sit on one of the muskoka chairs and watch the water come to shore. My absolute favourite thing to do is to rent a paddle board from Paddle Pirates, which is so easy to do, and go out in the water and get a much deeper view. Highly recommend getting out there in the water for some serenity.
