Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Toronto

The worst Popeyes' chicken I ever had. The chicken skin was soggy, and the meat beneath was unappetizing. After all, the chicken was Luke warm.

The washrooms were closed. They claimed it is due to drainage issue, but the sign that they had up looked aged, indicating that the closure has been going on for sometime. Given the sign deteration, I honestly believe that they deliberately closed it because people maybe doing drugs in it, given the area and the amount of addicts around. Nothing else seems logica. If ther are genuine issues, why is not fixed expeditiously?

If the facilities are out of service for a 'takeout" and "order and stay" establishment, should the business not be closed until the problem is fixed? Are these people not...

I don't write reviews cos I used to let go of many things, but I won't let this pass. I've been patronizing this location for a while now. The worst chicken combo and biscuit was served to me by a guy on Friday, 24 March 2023, at 4:31 pm. I still don't know what to make of it. Everything reeks off the leftover of many days. I had to throw them away. Flashback, I could see he wasn't himself while handing over the food, which means it was intentional. I've never been myself since. If you are reading this review guy, thank you. Surely, nemesis will catch up with you.
