Disappointing Experience
I recently visited Popeyes for a takeout order, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken with fries, but upon arriving home, I realized they had forgotten to include the fries in my bag.
Disappointed, I made the 15-minute walk back to the restaurant to address the issue. To my surprise, the cashiers seemed skeptical and reluctant to acknowledge the mistake. After some hesitation, they provided me with only a minimal amount of fries in a small nugget box, without offering any apology for the inconvenience caused.
The lack of accountability and customer service during this encounter left me thoroughly dissatisfied. A simple acknowledgment of the error and a sincere apology would have gone a long way in improving the situation. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I left Popeyes feeling undervalued as a customer.
Overall, my experience was marked by poor service and a lack of professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that such lapses in customer service do not occur...
Read moreWent to this location today August 25 at approximately 315pm and ordered the summerfest meal and a sandwich. I had asked my order taker to make sure that at least one breast was spicy and one mild. When I arrived home only legs and thighs aside from one rib was in the box. I paid 48 dollars for this meal and to receive only dark meat was unexpectable so I returned to the store with the meal. When I told the manager about the issue he look at me and said "um so" this upset me even more. He could not even take any fault in this issue even knowing that the meal assembled was wrong. He eventually replaced my chicken which was burnt and overcooked. Also, the chicken I returned to the store he put the box under the heat lamps on the top shelf and the customer behind me said you better not be giving me that chicken he just returned and asked for fresh chicken to be dropped. I will never return to this location and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I am also going to report this to the toronto health board to let them know they are possibly reusing food that has been returned after being...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Popeyes location I have ever dealt with. I ordered a 2 pcs chicken combo through Uber Eats from the Kingston & Lawrence Popeyes, and the experience was absolutely disgusting.
The chicken I received was old, stale, and tasted like it had been reheated leftovers. It was dry, rubbery, and nowhere close to fresh. Serving food in this condition is not only unprofessional but a serious health risk. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to include ketchup, napkins, or any of the basics that come with a proper order.
This shows a complete lack of care, laziness, and zero respect for customers. It honestly felt like they just threw together whatever was lying around and sent it out. If this is how they are treating paying customers, I can only imagine how badly the kitchen and food-handling practices must be run.
I will never order from this location again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Popeyes corporate needs to take action against this store because it is ruining the...
