Eggsmart — Restaurant in Toronto

First of all, the waitress took 10000 years to come get me a menu. I went up to her and she's like oh I didn't see you sit🤔🤔 Like what? Anyways so I went back to my seat only for her to take her sweet ass time to come to my table. When she eventually got to me she gave me my menu. To get this waitress again to give her my order, my goodness you'd think they were busy serving a whole continent but literally they were three people in the restaurant. Anyway so I ordered home fries , omelet and sausage. My food took so long like one would think they were performing surgery in that kitchen and to add insult to injury the food was crap. The potatoes were boiled and looked like they sprinkle raw curry on them, I asked for cooked tomatoes and I got a crusty tasteless egg with burnt tomatoes. The sausages were edible however drenched in salt. Thank God for Nestlé Ice tea. Time came to ask for my bill and after sitting there waiting AGAIN I see this girl is standing in the back gossiping. I went up to her and gave her my debit card and only then did I manage to pay my bill. Do not go here they can't cook to save their lives. And...

I live a 5 minutes drive away from this place so I visit on a regular basis. The story is, this store has underwent 3 ownerships throughout the years I’ve starting eating here. 2016mid - today, I personally think food is decent, yes, sometimes the home fries are a bit inconsistent , but not enough to ruin the whole picture. This is a family casual style restaurant and not to be compared with any fine dining or equivalent.

Service is good, Sarah & Cherry are really nice girls that pay attention to customers, socialize when appropriate.

Yes, there was a time a tall heavy makeup lady who lacks the details of being a good waitress, focusing more on acquiring more tables (which I guess means more tips?) I haven’t seen her in a while.

2015-2016 corporate took over. I didn’t like the atmosphere at that time, too business no homely feeling and waitresses gave me a feeling of racial profiling.

They weren't wearing masks. The food was not tasty. And still charged me $12 for the minute made juice that didn't even taste real. The owner just replied to my review now knowing I can't actually respond to him properly cause it's not the way google reviews work. But here it is; hire more competent workers, but how can they be competent when the manager running the joint is super unprofessional, eats with his mouth open while talking DOUBLE RUDE.. like your place is just run super horribly. I tried getting a word in with the waitress be she shut me down thinking im trying to score free food. Right, I went next door to Swiss Chalet and gave them my money instead. It's not that I can't pay for the food, it's that it's not worth being paid for, as horrible as it was. Guys please, don't believe the good reviews go somewhere else. The owner prolly has his friends doing the reviews....
