The service and atmosphere deserve a zero because of this toxic worker I experienced today.
I have raised my concerns to corporate and waiting to hearback. I am waiting in line to order and I can clearly see an employee Maninder (indian female with glasses) training an indian male wearing all black. He was doing his best while Maninder is barking orders of "Hurry up" and "Pick it up". Several instances of this occurred where I decided to approach this person on the side not to cause a scene. She was so defensive and felt she was 100% in the right where she refused to listen to feedback and instead decided to explain to me this is my tone and how I speak and went directly to the trainee to ask him if she was wrong. This form of intimidation and bullying is unacceptable. She also had the audacity to point at a drive thru timer screen and command to me that all orders need to go out fast. Regardless you need better training on customer service especially working with newer trainees.
When I asked another Indian female cashier for the name of the manager and Maninder, she was so hesitant to provide me her name and instead said it's written on her tag (which was not legible from my view) and had to look back at Maninder to get her permission. As I was so insistent eventually she had no choice but to whisper her name to me so I could write it down. Something is clearly not right here as others are also intimidated by her.
Several customers who witnessed this and are locals told me this is always how it is with Maninder and issues they had even with there orders. I really hope someone in management is reading this and does something instead of an automated...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience during my dine-in visit at this location on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. A staff member named Manider displayed extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, especially toward a new hire.
I was observing how she treated the new employee — she spoke rudely, gave no proper guidance, and acted with a condescending attitude throughout. At one point, she even spilled hot coffee on the new hire’s hand and didn’t feel sorry or acknowledge it. Instead, she walked past with attitude, as if it wasn’t a big deal.
Out of concern, I asked the employee (who was quietly cleaning the lobby) if she was new here. She said yes — and her face honestly looked like she could cry at any moment. It was heartbreaking to see someone being treated like that while trying to do their job.
As a customer, witnessing this kind of behavior was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting. New employees should be supported and guided, not humiliated and ignored. This type of work environment reflects poorly on management and makes a negative impact on both staff and guest experience.
I hope this issue is taken seriously by those in charge. Every employee deserves to be treated with dignity and respect — and no customer should have to watch such mistreatment happen in...

I was giving my order at drive-through speaker. They were not able to hear me or something. I don’t know why all of sudden they stopped responding to me on the speaker, so I mentioned on the speaker that I’ll drive through the window and I did when I reached the window, The lady was there, and she was like.
