I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at this Baskin Robbins location, and it’s all thanks to Pan! He has consistently provided us with exceptional service, but this time he truly went above and beyond.

Pan helped us pick the perfect cake for our daughter’s birthday, and it was absolutely out of this world! From helping us choose the right flavor to crafting a cake that looked and tasted incredible, he made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Everyone at the party raved about how delicious and beautiful the cake was.

Pan’s friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile make him an outstanding representative of Baskin Robbins. His customer service is second to none, and he always ensures that we leave with a smile.

The worst experience at a Baskin Robins in life.The person at the shop was extremely rude and inconsiderate after selling an ice cream cake which had no cake in it. When I came back and asked him he kept on arguing that BR has ice cream cakes with no cake layer in it and if we needed a cake layer- we had to custom order it.He almost made it feel like we had no idea what an icecream cake was and we never had BR ever in life. Their description on the cover of the cake says-“Cake and icecream a classic combination”. Please find the picture below. I’ve been going to BR over 30 years and have had ice cream cakes with cakes inside.Never had such a pathetic experience from Baskin...

Great location for parking. Staff is friendly and polite, however, maybe avoid the pre-packed in winter/early spring as I bought the two tubs for $23 and found the Peanut Butter Chocolate not as fresh as it usually is. The Mint Chocolate Chip was better but still not as fresh as in summer. B & R has to find a better way to keep it fresher, for longer. I had to take away a star because I asked Siri for their hours and I saw that this location closed at 22:00 and I got there before 21:30 and it was already closed.
