Rivals Sports Pub — Restaurant in Toronto

The owner crystal is a 2 faced horrible person. I’m a new costumer and I’ve been coming here often. A customer was being rude to me and I decided to call him out. When I came the next day with my friend were we trying to make an order for a drink and she kept ignoring us.

A customer called her for us and she came yelling at me for no reason. My friend and I were shocked. She then proceeded to say that I had an issue with her customer. She literally embarrassed us infront of everyone to the point where I didn’t respond to her and I walked away. She is a very vicious woman and only favors her non colored customers and I believe she lowered my value as a person because I wasn’t Caucasian and she puts more value into her Caucasian customers. The way she spoke to me was very disrespectful and rude because I was a colored person and I think that’s extremely disgusting. I spent a lot of money at this place and even bought a round of shots for many customers. At that point did she not consider me a customer? I will never come back to this location again. Rude owners don’t deserve good loyal customers...

Love the welcoming vibe from the employees, I had an amazing experience here. Very friendly environment, highly recommend this place for those looking for an easy-going chill spot filled with people that are actually worth having conversations with than all the other clubs or pubs I've been to. Even if there are those who don't agree with my statement, there's also another option for those who like to have their alone time with huge lcd TV's to watch the sports news channel. Point is, it's definitely a place I'd always go to on my downtimes. If only it wasn't located in Danforth, it would be at 110% of my long lists of recommendations. Fantastic job to the staff for...

Great spot for Kareoke Friday and Saturday nights, with Long Time Fabulous Host Erika. She always encourages everyone, is respectful of the submitted song request order, and has lots of fun stage props to get you engaged and in the spot light! Plethora of songs to choose from and great quality audio/mic/equipment. She knows how to bring out the best in your voice! There is also a Nice spacious private party room with a pool tables in the back for private group gatherings. Good pub food and nice accommodating friendly staff. Hope to see...
