We ordered the Raspberry Lychee Cheesecake from this location. It was for Father's Day and my birthday cake.
My parents went to pick up the cake and went to the nursing home where my grandpa lives and ate some cake there. My parents says that the cake was good. Surprisingly a lot of lychee pieces were found in the cake. My grandpa seriously liked the cake. He said it was good.
When I had the chance to taste the cake... The cake was moist which was good. The cake was a bit too overpowering sweetness of the raspberry? Or was it the lychee? I couldn't tell. When the raspberry and lychee flavors mixed, it tasted a bit strange. To finish my cake slice, I ate the top half of the raspberry flavor first and then after finishing it, I ate the bottom half of the lychee part. To make the cake more edible for me.
The cake was good, just a bit too overwhelming for my tastebuds. I'll go for the mango cake next time. Other than that, Saint Germain always makes good cakes that aren't dry as the Sahara desert. Go get cakes from here, they aren't too sugary sweet. They're edible....

One standout is the Longjing Tea Cake—a baked, cream-free treat with a beautifully aromatic Longjing Tea filling and a soft, slightly chewy mochi center. It’s lightly sweet, making it a perfect match for a cup of Longjing or any green tea.
Another favorite of mine from here is their Hojicha Latte—phenomenal in flavor and offered at a great price. I usually ask for it less sweet, and it comes out just right. The temperature is ideal for sipping right away, with the toasty and roasted tea flavour leaving a comforting warmth on the palate.
The parking lot is also usually not too busy most of the day, making it very easy to park and hop in and grab a quick few items and head right back out. There's also designated parking for online orders where they will bring out the items (haven't tried it because I always like going in personally to check out...
Read moreNot happy with my experience at this location. I came in two weeks ago and the almond milk tea machine was either broken or not ready and they were serving customers at the time around 9:50am. So I said fine I'll come back another day. Today I went back and saw from outside their machine was working and I walked in as the doors are open. As I walked in no one says anything to me so I go straight to the cashier hoping to get my almond milk tea. About two mins of staring at me this gentleman tells me they are not open yet. At this point I'm now mad. I came two weeks ago and can't get my drink and now you tell me you aren't open yet when your door was open for me to come in. How come two weeks go it's OK to help 3 to 4 customers in store at 9:50am but today I walked in around between 9:40 to 9:45am it's not allow. If you don't want business please just put up a sign and say so. I will not be returning to...
