The owner, Richard, accused my employee of giving him “attitudes” when we tried to resolve an issue with an order, and flat out told us to “take our business elsewhere.” My employee didn’t give any attitude as I was in the office, which is a clear demonstration of defamation of character. Since then, he has blocked our account from ordering, but funny enough, for some reason we still have a subscription to his website. It seems pointless trying to reason with the owner, as we sent polite and professional emails to resolve this issue, but rather than being a professional business, the owner ignored us and blocked us. Which is fine, as we have taken our business elsewhere. It seems as Richard thinks he can pick and choose who his customers are; he lost, and not us. It’s very unfortunate as we’ve given him significant business over the past couple of years. We’ve ran into hiccups with orders but have always professionally resolved them with Richard, but accusing our employee of such actions is very unprofessional and disrespectful. We’ve kept a paper trail of all of this, including all the emails between us, in which Richard was very rude and quick to dismiss us. And if you’re wondering who this is Richard, go through your email and see who you accuse of giving “attitudes.” To be honest we didn’t write a review right away, as we were waiting for a response back, and never got one, so I decided to give my feedback on here. I am small candy retailers , and buying candies from I SWEET , from many years. After so many years of business today I learn that if retailers (me) receive any product form suppliers ( i sweet ), doesn’t Matter, product is not fresh , or expired or best before date coming in a month. In that case retailers is responsible for the product not supplier. Because according to supplier point of view, we have no time to check everything before ship . Super excellent knowledge I received . So my request to all i sweet customers, before you guys placing any orders to i sweet, always ask for the freshness or expiry dates . Otherwise, if you ask this question after receive you order. Then they will not serve you any more. So plz ask all questions before placing any order. And last I want to tell everyone in my store, I sell to my customers always fresh stock, and if they not satisfied my products , I always return the product or exchange it or compensate something else, so that I will keep my customers rather loose my customers, that’s called customer service, which is hard to find in many places.
