Want to relate an unpleasant experience at this restaurant that occurred this afternoon - one star is too generous

Ordered a soup and an entree - soup arrived - no pepper (no condiments) on table - server no where - never came back to check on me - entree comes - while eating discover its the wrong entree - again server never checked on me! didn't finish the meal (shrimp where tough as nails anyway)

when she comes to collect plates - I ask why I was given the wrong entree - she starts blaming me! saying I should have called her over - isn't that her job?

Im getting this attitude and eye rolling from her (as well as that this is all my fault) - I pay for what I ordered correctly - had to ask for managers name 3-4 x - and left.

The cherry on top - is I'm at my car (parked) across the street - I hear this screaming - a shaved-head cook across the street (from the restaurant) - comes over to my car screaming and threatening - demanding proof that I paid. I felt threatened and locked my doors.

I will never go back to this restaurant for the : poor attitude, eye-rolling, lousy service, and threatening behavior - and suggest you...

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case I had to. We eat here a lot and often get take out. Last night we had a take-out order, once we open up one of the dishes, we saw what looked like a piece of sausage. We removed the piece and called the restaurant. They mentioned that there is no sausage in the restaurant at all and could not be in that dish. We live about a 7-10 minute drive; the owner of the restaurant was over in 5 minutes! He looked at the piece and immediately mentioned that it a different kind of vegetable that they use, it happens that piece looks like a cut sausage. We thanked him very much for coming over and explaining all that. I was very happy to see an owner that cares so much about the quality of his food. But it didn't stop there! He should up again, 15 minutes later, with the whole raw piece of vegetable, a rare kind of ginger! Again the attention and care they have for their product and clients is amazing. I just wished more restaurants took this kind...

Terrible!! A group of us from work would order lunch from here (only because of they are close and convenient) but today’s lunch was absolutely terrible! The curry sauce in the green curry chicken was watered down and lacked flavor! We were charged $1 more for the gluten free cashew chicken meals – and were told that this is because they come with a difference type of sauce. Well… the cashew chicken meals came without any sauce at all and looked and tasted like boiled colorless chicken on plain rice. So, we paid more money and got less value. How is that fair? The spring rolls used to be accompanied by a red Thai sauce, but today it was packaged with the familiar Chinese egg roll sauce packets. I could make better food at home. Nothing tasted even remotely close to THAI food at all! It tasted like boring cafeteria food. What a shame! We are extremely disappointed and will never be ordering food from...
