I stumbled across Simpl Café on a quiet afternoon, and honestly, it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to stay a while. The vibe is calm, clean, and minimal without feeling cold. There’s a warmth to the space — maybe it’s the natural light pouring in, or the little thoughtful touches like ceramics, plants, and soft playlists that never distract but always add to the mood.

The coffee is top-notch. I had a flat white, and you can just tell the beans are carefully selected and the baristas know what they’re doing. Balanced, smooth, and made with care — no burnt notes, no bitterness. Just good coffee. My friend got their matcha latte and was obsessed. Apparently it’s ceremonial grade, and you could taste the quality right away — none of that chalky stuff you get at other places.

We also shared a croissant and their mochi donut — both were fresh, not overly sweet, and honestly better than what I’ve had at some bakeries. So I like my specialty coffees. Meaning, I will go out of the way for one. I will drink a regular coffee but I don't enjoy it as much. Simpl Cafe has my personally favorite coffee, the one and only Mocha. And I am honestly excited because they have WAY more than just a Mocha. They have so much different coffee's to try and I love it.

The atmosphere is cozy and the place itself is clean and not cluttered which I like. The decor is modern but not bland which I find some modern decor to be like. They have awesome artwork everywhere and even make candles there! And I admit the candles are a good price (with tax it was around $22) as I know some other places in the area to be way more expensive for candles. (I am talking around $40)

The person who was working there which super kind and I told him I was taking pictures for Google Maps and he was very sweet and when he was making the Mocha he invited me to take a picture of him making it. So I got some photos of him whisking and pouring cream into the mug. He also made conversation with me which I always appreciate with any business.
