Soul Garden Kitchen and Bar is truly an amazing spot!

Location: Super easy to find and in a very convenient area with plenty of parking available — always a plus!

Food: Absolutely next level. I had the jerk chicken wrap, and it was packed with flavour — the chicken was perfectly seasoned and the sauces tied everything together beautifully. It was also a generous portion, very filling! The owner kindly brought over their homemade chilli chicken fajita for us to try — it arrived sizzling hot and tasted just as good as it looked. Truly delicious!

Service: The staff were all incredibly pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. You can really feel the passion behind the food and the service here.

Honestly one of my favorite lowkey spots near Yorkdale. The vibe is super chill — not loud or pretentious, just cozy and comfortable. The food’s legit too. The grilled salmon with veggies was fire, seafood pasta was packed with flavor, and the calamari was perfectly crispy. You can tell they actually make things fresh here.

It’s the kind of place you can grab lunch, open your laptop, and just relax. Real food, real people, good energy. Definitely...

I decided to stop in since I live nearby and heard this place had recently opened. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant itself feels small, old, and dated. The menu is confusing—it seems like they tried to do American comfort food but randomly added Indian dishes as well. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery, and the wings were dry and inedible. I won’t be returning or recommending this...
