I've been going to this location of Souvlaki Hut for as long as I can remember. And, unlike a lot of places that are franchises, there's a lot to compliment here.

While the food and menu are probably the same across the different Souvlaki Hut locations, I can say without hesitation that it's hard to imagine any other living up to the quality of the food and service of this one.

One of the owners is ALWAYS there. Seven days a week, from opening to closing. I've never been there or walked by the location without seeing him. You can clearly see that he takes pride in the food he cooks and the service he provides to the customers.

The food always taste fresh, is always cooked nicely and in all the times I've been there (and I've been there many times throughout the years), the food was always consistent. There's something to be said about that, and about the dedication and hard work the owner puts in the restaurant.

I know that his wife and kids also help and they can be seen there many times during the week. The other staff are equally efficient and pleasant to deal with.

This review is long overdue and there aren't enough words to give praise to the restaurant, the owners and the staff. Keep supporting them and showing our love and appreciation for...

Disappointing experience at Souvlaki Hut. My friend and I ordered the chicken skewer and rice, which was listed at $10.95 on the menu. However, when we prepaid, the total came out to be $30.40. When we questioned the discrepancy, the employee blamed it on taxes initially, which seemed implausible given the 30% increase. She later mentioned that the prices on the menu were outdated and pointed us to another displayed menu after payment.

The lack of transparency about price changes and the failure to inform us before payment were frustrating. The employee also didn't seem to care about resolving the issue or contacting the manager/owner. Given the misrepresentation and overcharging, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Consider updating your menu prices and training staff to handle such situations better, Souvlaki Hut. Until then, potential customers might want to think twice.

Regarding the food quality, I would like to mention that the chicken was cooked to perfection and the portion size was decent. But the lack of transparency in charges and poor customer service was annoying to...

I walked in & ordered a veggie pita with rice & potatoes. I wasn’t notified at first about the toppings in my pita. I realized after & went back, to find out it had been ready. The employee was unhappy, was giving me attitude, impolite & seemed as if she did not want to serve me or provide exceptional service. She had asked me if I wanted to change the pita & seemed very hesitant about it or keep the same one. So I told her to keep the same one since she was very hesitant & to take out some of the toppings that I did not want. I told her that I would like the Tzatziki on the side & she’s like yes it is in there. But it had not been. My pita had been very soggy & packed with Tzatziki & cheese I did not even ask for & do not eat dairy. I was told that there had been hummus in the pita, seemed as if there was none. The employee was also very unprofessional, did not apologize nor compensate me for the service I received. She also said it had been my fault since I did not notify her at first. I would appreciate being compensated for the service...

I've never bothered to write a review good or bad but this was single handedly the worst take out experience I've ever had. Waited over 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich that was burnt and dried. They threw 5 pieces of burnt chicken on a pita with some onions and that qualifies as a 12 dollar sandwich now. Apparently there's new ownership and I must say not off to a great start. Very unlikely I ever return here after the wait time and overall lack of professionalism. Very sad to see Souvlaki Hut become what I experienced today. Truly awful.

I’ve been here at this location more than 3 times and the food has always been amazing and hit the spot. Went in today with my grandparents for lunch and the lady that served us was very kind and super accommodating. We had my chihuahua with me in her stroller and the lady was more than kind to let us sit outside on the patio or inside. We dined inside and the lady gave my family complimentary cinnamon sticks. The sticks were amazing and soft. It was like a skinny/flat donut! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
