Rudest girl works here. She's large with short dark hair that's dyed blonde underneath. Avoid her at all costs or your day will be ruined.
I asked for a straw for my drink and she gave me a very menacing side glance and said "One second." spoken with such anger and intensity like I was a piece of garbage. I was so confused.
She proceeds to walk very slowly to pretend to do something meaningless and then comes back to give me a straw while saying "The straws are right here." implying that I could've just taken one myself. However, the straws are behind the counter, out of customer reach. If I were to grab a straw myself, I'd have to lean over the counter which I thought would be weird and intrusive. If I did that, she would've for sure also made a rude comment.
Straws used to be near the garbage where customers could grab them at their leisure but they recently moved them behind the counter at every location I've been to which is fine. It's just a new rule where customers are SUPPOSED to ask for a straw now so I'm not sure why she got so angry with me.
Anyway, I wanted to sit there and read my book but she made the vibes so terrible that I left. I hope she reads this so she can adjust...

Since this branch started operating, the drive through service is so slow that sometimes I backup and leave because it’s beneficial for me to wait 10 minutes for a short or tall coffee. Yes know that they just started but Starbucks as a corporate I don’t this they trained the staff on handling pressure. Other branch’s ones I place the order and I reach the window my coffee is waiting for me immediately. I noticed that they are short staffed, one person taking the order and take the payment and serve you the coffee and while you see your order on the table ready they keep taking order from other customers while you hang in there watching their faces like whatever you can wait and they tell you they’re busy and it was only me at that time on the drive through. I’m a coffee addicted I drink only Starbucks but when I experience something like this it makes me rethink a lot about my coffee...
Read moreI wouldn’t even give a one star to this Starbucks location, if I had the choice. We just went in with a hope to get a birthday drink and the staff were super rude. The policies says you have to enroll at least 7days before your birthday and have at least 1 star in your account to be able to get the birthday drink, but the staff rudely said you need to enroll at least 3 month before your birthday and multiple purchases from Starbucks to be able to have the birthday drink. Who knows which one we should believe on? This is crazy they ruin your birthday experience. Don’t go to this location! Very very disappointed and the staff were super rude to us. This is unacceptable. Please hire more polite staff to deal with customers. Hate going to this location 😑 By the way we called customer service, they professionally apologized for their rude staff behaviour and sent us the birthday coupon individually so we can go to a more polite Starbuck’s branch.
