I have been coming here regularly for many years, I have had many good and bad experiences here, but on Tue ( July 1) - 1:37 pm I was extremely disappointed, I ordered by mobile app 15 minutes before and I picked it up at store later so when I went at the store was quite busy. I understand because it was long weekend and I sympathize with that. I ordered 3 drinks and 2 came out and I waited for 1 more drink after that, I saw the staff start making my drink, while he was waiting for the coffee to flow into the cup and he turned to make another order and he forgot about my order so after waiting for more than 10 minutes for my drink I just friendly reminded him about my drink and he responded to me in a very rude attitude and asked for my order name very blankly and then he ignored what I said and turned to do something else. I continued to remind the other female staff and received the same attitude as the other guy and asked me to continue waiting, honestly at this moment if I didn't have to wait for a drink I would have left immediately. I left there disappointed and all my drinks were not what I expected. I really want to remind the owner or manager of this store to review and adjust with your employees about the way you serve and take care of customers, every customer knows Starbucks not only for the drinks but also for the way you do customers service and one more thing to note is that you should keep a little bit of hygiene because I have witnessed you making drinks with unclean utensils. Read moreI had a horrible experience at this store. I tried to order a custmized drink with matcha steamed with hot water. I was told flat out that they will not make this drink . The excuses are that they could get burned if they steam hot water and matcha. That this drink is not on their their system/register so they cant make it. I was also told by the stote manager Jacqueline Santullo that they will not make this drink. I have been to at least 20 stores or more in the last couple of years who have all made this customized drink. In fact, it was one of these stores that introduced me to the idea of having the matcha steamed as I mever knew about having t his type of customized drink. Starbuks stores have had different ways in charging this customized drink but have never refused to make this drink. I actually left this store without the customized drink that i tried to order. I am still in shock with my horrible experience at this store. There is an issue with this store with providing customer service and making customized drinks. I will not attend this location again, not only because they refused to make a customized drink but because their customer service skills are very poor and they did nothing, to provide good customer servic and they did not care that I left without getting a drink. Read moreI have been coming to this location since it's open. Decent service depending on who you get to deal with that day. But the service is getting worse by time. I work close and sometimes I buy 10+ drinks for everyone in the office. 1 time I purchase 12 drinks and asked for a large paper bag (like the one you get when you order through Uber) so the drinks won't spill in my car. They said they have no big bag. That was fine. Supplies run out sometimes. Understandable. The next time I came to purchase 10+ drinks for my office, they didn't have the big bags again. And the girl who was handling my drinks just leave all my drinks on the counters without offering to help. I was fine because they were a little busy at time.
Today, i only bought 3 drinks and when i asked for a tray, the girl at the drive through window told me they run out of tray. I only had 2 cup holders in my car so I had to hold 1 drink on my hand all the way back to work. Lucky my work is not very far away. So at this location, i guess before you are thinking about buying more drinks than the amount of cup holders you have or more than what your hand can juggle, you have to ask if they have bags or tray available.
