Served the worst pannini that i ever had. Went to this location at around 5:30 in the morning. There was no line-up and i still had to wait for somebody to take my order. It was looking like employees was ignoring me, seems giving more preference to drive-thru customers. Finally it was my turn, employee who took the order was nice to me. I got panini, muffin and double double of course. I received my order and start heading to my work. On arrival, i looked at the panini that was all burned out, looks like grilled twice and and can smell it when i open bag. I went back to this location to return this panini.As soon as i walked in, I talked very politely with the CSR that my pannini is all burned out. She asked her co-worker who prepared the panini for me. The employee (forger her name) who prepare my panini was so rude. Start arguing with me that i set the griller to the right time and panini is well grilled. I kept calm, diDn’t wanna make my day bad by arguing with her. And If it would be well done then how the f..k i would drive 5 km back to f....in return this panini. I seen her laughing at my back, didn’t felt soory for what she had done. I don’t mind to wait, but if you are heading to work and get the burned breakfast after waiting (even there is no queue), it’s ridiculous. Pls check you order before you leave this store. Read morethe manager anna at this location is rediculous. always yelling at customers, i saw her yell at 2 elderly men because they were ordering toghether? totally wrong. there is a highschool nearby and i see her always yelling at the kids for very rediculous reasons. again, for ordering toghether. when i go there for breakfast, anna was yelling at somebody in the drivethrough bc she couldnt hear them. then when theyre waiting to pick up there food, she dosent stop questioning what their orders are, and yelling at them although theyre standing minding their own buisness. she always finds a way too show her attitude towards somebody. She has a nasty attitude and either needs to change it or somebody needs to make a change. anna sits there drinking a coffee WITHOUT a mask, yelling at the workers. this tim hortons is hurendous. all the yelling, the attitude, the disrespect. She is so rude. this one lady when i was ordering was talking too me with a horrible attitude. i couldnt hear her so i said “pardon?” because i couldnt hear her. she rolls her eyes, and proceeds to say it quieter with an attitude laughing with another worker. this location is horrible. warning, be careful and look out for anna. stay away from her if thats even possible. shes always finding a way to yell at....
Read moreThis is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever encountered. I have never been so frustrated or angry in my life. The manager actually shouted at me! All I asked was that she please warm the milk for my steeped tea because after discovering that the tea was lukewarm, the Tim Hortons (at another location) found a workaround by heating the milk. That Tim Hortons is proactive and actually cares about the service quality and experience of their customers. If only I could duplicate the store. Imagine- I nearly died when I asked that she not shout at me and that she allow me to finish my sentence before interjecting and she still was not listening so I asked for a manager and was told that she is the manager. What are the other staff members learning from her? I asked for a number to contact head office or someone above her and was told that they have no such number. Clearly she knew she was in the wrong and did not want to provide me with the contact info. This is the third time that I have had an issue with this location but at least the other two times it wasn't rudeness, just poor quality products so I didn't even bother complaining, just made a mental note not to use that location if I could help it.
