I tried the Nashville Spicy chicken, standard burger and poutine. I found the chicken sandwich to be just okay for a Nashville chicken sandwich. A bit saucy and the breading didn’t seem quite right. The sauces weren’t bad but they just felt too much for me. Nashville sauce tasted a lot like BBQ sauce. I did not like the standard burger. Something about the flavour and texture, but the poutine was to standard for a “higher end” fast food joint. I like that they use cheese curds for the poutine. Because it’s a higher end fast food joint, it’s a bit pricier than the typical fast food restaurant. Not sure if it is worth the extra cost. They do have daily specials and happy hour which helps with the cost.

I really liked this place, I used to go here from time to time, the food was delicious, the drinks too. But yesterday I ordered 4 burgers, 3 poutine and drinks, unfortunately I was disappointed, firstly, we got the wrong burgers as ordered, the meat was burnt and not tasty ,secondly, the poutine was simply terrible, when we opened it, we found it was not clear what ( added in the photo) (it looks like a burnt pan that was not washed before cooking). Unfortunately, I can't give more stars, although I used to like it.

Looks like a new establishment as the plaza is pretty new. The facilities are nice and clean. I got a Philly cheesesteak, usually expect it to be on a long bun but it taste fine otherwise, not the best not the worst. The mini poutine was good, nice portion for a side. Rounded to $20 for a sandwich poutine and a bottle of pop. The staff is super friendly and nice.

Disappointed. Supoorted this location from almost opening day, don't pass by as often, but came in tonight for a quick take out supper bite for the family. Ordered 2 double stacked philly cheese steak sandwiches and a tattooed chicken club. All sandwiches were underwhelming with the double stacks looking barely like a single, barely any cheese and no sauce...completely opposite as to what is shown on the menu...... really dissapointing. The chicken club was also on the leanly filled side. Definitely not worth $55 bucks.

Side notes: no tomato soup again, the order taker forgot to mention if I wanted any toppings on the sandwiches, my fault too because I forgot.....but usually am prompted by the order taker since he did ask me which bread I wanted for the chicken club.

Also we were sad that we didn't get the personalized message on the take out bag as we have received each and every time we've visited.

Ended up just making stacked cold cut sandwiches at home for the family because we were still hungry........after spending 55 bucks. SMH.

UPDATE. Sooooooooooooo their response: "drop us a line at our email" which popped up almost instantly ........ right, well, an email was sent 9 days ago to them on Sept 3rd with no...

Paid $6.50 plus tax and tips for a mango milkshake that tasted overly sweet and watery. I couldn’t even finished a quarter of it and asked if I could exchange it for a pop and the girl behind the counter simply said No. I asked her a second time again because the milkshake was undrinkable and the response was that she couldn’t do anything about it because it’s already made. Very poor customer service. The chicken strips and tater tots were fine. I also had to pick up my food from the counter to the table so the tips that was prompted during payment when I placed my order was absolutely undeserving. I’ve previously had milkshake from this establishment and it was better than the mess I was served today. Won’t not recommend. You’re better off going to Wendy’s in...
