I don't recommend ordering on the app from this location as it seems that once you've paid the money, the staff (one of them at least) feel free to be as stingy as possible with your sandwich.

My chimmichurri steak sandwich had very little meat with large parts actually being just bare bread (plus the veggies). And while I asked for 3 different sauces in my app order, there appeared to be only one put into my sandwich.

Today I ordered a Meatballer on the app, but I showed up early to watch it being made. The lady making my sandwich was extremely rude and told me that she was not going to the pantry to get the sauces that I asked for. I apologized to her and politely asked her to only give me the sauces available beside her in that case. Despite this, she kept on saying that she wasn't going to get the sauces for me (from my understanding of her English). I had to apologize and ask her for just the sauces that were BESIDE her four times before she finally agreed to give me two sauces. The lady also gave me little veggies and threw my sandwich on the counter with a disdainful expression.

The ingredients were fresh, though, which was great. And the rest of the staff are very nice and patient and give you...

There was some glitch with my Subway coupon (buy 2 get 1 free), as the cash register didn’t recognize it. But not using the coupon didn’t sit well with me, as I went out of my way to come here so that I could use the coupon. It was a valid, legit coupon.

Once the two workers realized I wasn’t happy, they tried their best to fix the issue. They even got the owner of the franchise on the phone who is a very decent man and he authorized the deal.

The two ladies who work there were excellent. They were kind and helpful, and they made great subs. I can’t thank them enough, and also the owner. Solid guy who did the right thing.

I placed an online order for the sandwich here yesterday and I requested to grill the sandwich and they did it. Once I reached in my car and opened the sandwich, the paper cover was completely sticked on the bread. Upon going inside and asking about it, the staff rudely answered that you only ask to grill the sandwich and if we grill it, paper sticks everytime. Just to let you know I've been eating Subway sandwiches since I was a kid and never happened before. I am attaching the photos and videos of the sandwich just to aware people. If we grilled the sandwich everytime, that doesn't mean we have to eat paper. Ended up with throwing it and Wasted...
