The gentleman who closed on January 4, 2025, was very stingy with my steak and avocado bowl. Based on the picture that is advertised in the restaurant I got about half of that. Also this was the first subway that i encountered post Covid that didn't cover their veggies and based off that alone I didn't risk eating it, I threw my bowl out right away, also based on some reviews people getting food poison just confirmed my gut feeling not to eat it. The cucumbers were very dried out when I him grabbing them, that was another sign that the veggies must be old and dried out. He added the smallest amount of cheese and avocado and when do them he seemed to go back and forth not knowing how much to put, but regardless he barely put any.
He also wasn't familiar with online gift cards, and at first said I don't know what that is as my mom was trying to show him on her phone, which I thought was odd. But that could be maybe he's new or something, not sure.
Atmosphere is sub-par I mean its a subway they all have the same boring cookie cutter look.
Overall, save yourself the stomach ache and try and different location that covers their veggies and if I'm going to a subway I now know it avoid this one...

Refused to transfer my mobile order to correct location, refused to void the transaction even when asked by another store and also refused to refund. The amount of grief I went through to obtain a $5 sandwich is not worth it. I probably burned more gas getting this stupid mashed up half sandwich. Last time I got a plastic bag inside my sandwich.
This franchise has serious issues with providing employees with adequate training, food safety and also customer service.
It’s no wonder they took out the option of leaving a survey for the orders. They are showing you that they didn’t care much before and now showing you that they don’t care at all. You are on your own… absolute last dollar I give to this franchise.
Look at the ratings I’m not alone. I would avoid this location and encourage all my friends and family to STAY AWAY FROM SUBWAY!
Shut down all subways or they need to improve and rebrand. This company has stained their reputation even worse than their mustard staining a white shirt.

Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I clearly explained my order, but when it came time to pay, the cashier rang up something completely different on the cash machine. When I questioned the overcharge, she brushed it off and insisted it was correct, even though it wasn’t what I ordered. It felt like she purposely added items I never asked for.
