KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

Honestly KFC was always my go to but right now I wish they had a zero rating because that’s what you deserve. Today February 17,2024 at the 3495 Sheppard ave e location. I had the worst food ever. I got 10 dark meat chicken and 10 wings the reason am saying what I got is because of this. I wanted drums and dark meat but regardless that’s not the point. I said I would be back in 20 minutes as I had to go grab something else. What was funny when I came back the ladies said we added an extra one two piece for you as if they did something good like how does your conscious allow you to put old black probably days old chicken for me. It was absolutely horrible I actually still have some I can take a picture if you like to see. Absolutely disgusting. Know this this will be my last time ever ordering from KFC after a decade of loyalty now Popeyes is the place to go. You should learn from them or you’ll be out of business soon. Disgusting. Not that am the only customer but am sure many experienced this. Thank you for cheating and providing old disgusting food and service personality who with pride said I added two extra haha you wouldn’t have if it was fresh. I did not order fries. They gave me a box. I ordered coleslaw. They did not give me. I ordered 14 pieces of chicken. 10 pieces were just wings. The attitude of the cashier was bad. They were the one who made the mistake; but was blaming me for "ordering the wrong thing". They refused to give me a receipt. When I told them they gave me the wrong stuff, they asked me for the receipt. There was space for me enter the area inside the second door; but the cashier refused to let me in in the beginning, saying that only 4 people are allowed inside. However, when I was the 2nd customer waiting for the food, with total 4 people inside, she allowed a fifth customer to come in, without telling him to stay outside to wait. The cashier has double standard. I had to leave the area to ensure enough social distancing among customers. Because of the design of the door, you have to keep the door open so that you can go back to your lineup position. If door is closed, you cannot go back. The cashier asked for the door to be closed. I told her she had to ask one guy to come out first for me to go back in line, where I was. But she refused. If I stayed inside, there would be 5 customers with no social distancing. Kentucky Head Office need to send an undercover boss to check up on these employees. Terrible service. Terrible...

This KFC has gone down the drain!! The restaurant itself looks like it’s falling apart. There is also a very big sink hole in the parking lot that has been there for a very long time . The staff is always very rude and not welcoming. I was in the area went there last Friday to get a family meal. When I went in to restaurant it was so cold in there. The lady said the heat was not working. I said to myself… can this place get any worse…. Unbelievable !! The meal I was getting came with 2 small gravies… I asked if I can pay the difference to make it a large … she said no. So the restaurant lost out on a $40 dollar meal over a $2 gravy upgrade SMH…Usually it’s only a two dollar difference to make it a large gravy. I kindly said don’t bother with my order and I left and went to another KFC not too far away. And happy to say everything was 10x better there . Plus I got my large gravy for the $2 upgrade difference. I promise I will never go back to...
