The worst service i have ever experienced in my entire life. I visited this restaurant in the evening of October 16, 2024.
I wish that there was a minus 1 rating. This restaurant had the worst customer service ever. We ordered footlong and one six inch subs. The vegetables needed in the front were almost emptied so I requested to sever (His name was Vineet) to refill them. So the Server- Mr Vineet said ya ya, and ignored my request and continued to use the left over vegetables on the sub so I again requested him to refill them so he took away all the vegetables bins inside and disappeared for good 10 minutes until I called him if he is going to come or should I leave? To which he came out with frustration and shouting on me that “why are you yelling at me? Why are you being rude with me?” And started shouting so loudly. I corrected him and said that “I am not shouting on you I am just saying that why are you taking so much long time refill the vegetables?” After that he again started shouting so intensely that there was another customer who was waiting for his order he also noticed it. He said with loud tone that “ I am doing my job, I also have to prepare for closing so it may take time. Understood?” Just want to clarify it was 20:45 and the store is scheduled to close at 21:30 so he still had good 45 minutes to close the store. So, He continued to show such a bad attitude.
The other customer who appeared to be his friend told him to calm down to which did and he said sorry to us and started making sub in unpleasant manner.
Lastly, I also worked as sandwich artist a decade ago at subway restaurant and I am well aware that great customer service plays such an important role to run this business successfully. After my today’s experience I will never go back in this location ever again and I hope the owner of this restaurant reads this review and coaches this server (Vineet) on how to provide excellent customer service otherwise he will surely harm this...
Read more[Nov-3-2018] Was not happy with the service and overall experience. First off, we ordered wraps and wanted them grilled and the server told us the machine was off. Mind you this was after we had already asked for sandwiches that are normally grilled and the server made no mention beforehand that the machine was off. If he did we would have probably made different choices.
The server reluctantly turned on the grill machine and put our wraps in right away. Obviously this doesn't grill the wraps at all and our sandwiches are cold! Clearly the machine would not heat up in 60 seconds. We went to the location at 7:00 pm. Why would they have the machine off when the location closes in 2 hours? Unless they weren't expecting any customers.
Then to wrap things up, there was nothing but issues trying to collect SUBWAY "tokens" (points). I tried to make the payment but it failed about 5 times. The server mentioned the error said something about tokens and I told him to just clear the tokens and this flustered him. Sure enough, after clearing the tokens and redoing the order, the payment...

I had got a turkey 6inch sub from here and it was on an offer, you should see the guys face, he even literally told me that i am getting it too much cheap, i had asked him extra napkins, he was reluctant to give napkins, and he started talking brashly. If there is an offer dont feel so sad about it man, "you are getting it for 2 bucks cheaper" is literally what he told me. I was like well then why do you have it on offer and then show stinginess when customer avails the offer. Its an advice to not waste your time here, not worth it. No wonder why people are giving them 1 star, now i understand the low quality service and stinginess. I hope some better management take over this business. Don't waste your time over here. This old man, not sure he is the manager or owner, who really have no idea how to give even average service to customers, he is spoling...
