Visited for the first time on Sunday after seeing reviews online about their scones and cinnamon bun. The hype is real, their scones are delicious. Perfect balance of crispy outside/crust and slightly moist yet still scone like on the inside with excellent flavour and good size. On Sunday is was raspberry jam with orange maple glaze. A friend gifted my cupcakes for my birthday last year which were great too.

Gingerbread scone is my favorite flavor here, I especially love the glaze they put on their scones. Unfortunately they don’t have many flavor options but I’ve never been disappointed Super moist, fresh, and flavorful. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the cinnamon roll, it was super dry, not enough cinnamon, and too little icing that wasn’t gooey enough.

Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! Sweet Bliss has the quintessential scone to start your morning or an after meal treat, with a rotating selection of flavour like a festive gingerbread and a classic blueberry. Moist and airy with a subtle buttery taste and a sweet bite.

The BEST bakery shop in Toronto, in my opinion!

I have been here more than a dozen times and the Owner, Chris that runs the counter most of the time is always there greeting me with a smile. The tarts, and cookies are so good but the cupcakes are my weakness. They are so good that I may have to stop writing this review and get some right now. Seriously. My only wish is that: a) they would stop selling out so freakin' fast (keep in mind Bobette & Belle is right across the street people) and, b) they were open more often. But then again, more open hours might lead to diabetes soooo there's that.

Anyhow, please never change (that...

Sweet bliss is simply a gem. It's odd hours are sad if you have a sweet urge and happen upon it whilst it is closed. But..if you happen upon it when it is open you will be delighted to experience a small but gorgeous array of hand baked treats with kind genuine people to serve them up. The scones are some of the best I have ever had and the coconut tart is amazing, though only offered in the spring/summer...which is fine as it is better to relish such things then have it readily at your...

Nice people and affordable coffee. The baked goods are the best I've had in Toronto - and I've been to A LOT of coffee shops. Their spinach pies are a staple but they do unique things every week - tried the pumpkin scones with maple fudge last week and almost had to go back for a second. This is a "worth the trip" kind of place if you don't live in the neighbourhood but double check their hours before...
