Worst customer service, Rude managers..!!!! I ordered an Icecap with 1 extra cream and I received a watery icecap tastes like milk (There was no taste of coffee at at all )..In the first sip itself I felt an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach so I raised a guest concern to supervisor .....I used to work in a timhortons too, as a counter staff and I know how an icecap tastes like with an extra creame...It is understandable that this location is always busy because of the college students and they were out of icecap coffee mixture in the mechine but instead of admitting their mistake supervisor lady looks old with grey hair argued with me about this is how it is she didnt attend my concern at all.....Icecap with 1 extra creame is always my favorite drink, there was a srilankan lady she will always behave nice and she will make this same drink really good...But today this Completely ruin my day feels like I...
