I was a regular at this location. Interesting ordering the same thing everyday and depending who's taking your order at the drive thru, the price to my same order was aways inconsistent? They never give you a receipt, so I could never figure out why? I stop going to this location because one day the lid to my tea wasn't on right at the drive thru and I burnt my finger and it blistered immediately. They closed the window to the drive thru as I was screaming in pain!!! I called the store to talk to the manager. He asked if I wanted ice and he'd talk to the lady at the drive thru. I insisted in being compensated, and he granted me 2 combos. He took down my number and said he will tell his workers my name and give me two free combos and that when I use up my 2 freebies he would call me to say I used up my freebies. Well I never have gone back in almost a year and i never used up the 2 freebies and never received a phone call to ask why I didn't use the 2 freebies or how am I doing. Plus, the same lady who handed me the tea with the lid loose, also tried ripping me off one day, I gave her $20 and she gave me back change for a $10. I caught on and I told her and immediately she handed me the $10 that she was holding on too in her other hand, she never questioned I gave her the $20 instead of the $10. I'm just curious if the owners care? Let's see if I get a response. I'm glad that Tim Hortons is getting a bad rap from the media, one last...
Read moreI’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Tim Hortons, and I’m honestly fed up. Most of the time, the staff is rude and unhelpful. It’s hit or miss when it comes to getting my order. Sometimes they refuse to make a simple coffee or any other food item, citing strange reasons like “you can’t order that until after 11 o'clock.” It's incredibly frustrating and inconsistent.
Today was the last straw. I ordered a simple steeped tea, at 5 am in morning and the older lady working there—who I believe was from the Philippines—flat-out told me she couldn’t make it. What kind of service is that? A steeped tea is one of the most basic things on their menu, and yet, I was told it was impossible. It feels like they can’t be bothered to do their jobs or just don’t care about customer satisfaction.
It’s disappointing because I’ve always liked Tim Hortons, but this location has really let me down. The staff's attitude and the refusal to make standard menu items make it a place I’ll be avoiding...
Read moreStopped here on the way home late at night. The driver ahead of me in the drive thru must have waited forever because they didn't end up ordering and just left. When I pulled up the guy taking the order didn't seem to care much and wasn't very professional. Obviously it was late so I knew much food wasn")'t available but they literally had no food available what so ever. When I pulled up to the window I waited over 5 minutes for 2 drinks to be made while the driver thru person and another worker were standing there talking. When the driver thru person came to the window, they din't bother greeting me at all, held the debit terminal sideways while still talking to his coworker and then handed me the drinks without saying a word. Customer service has taken a nose dive but this was pretty much an IDGAF about my job type of attitude. Luckily I don't pass by this location often enough but I feel bad for...
