Tim Hortons – 1869 Leslie St, Toronto
As a regular customer at this Tim Hortons location, I was very disappointed with a recent experience I had. I went through the drive-through and ordered a small decaf double double, well stirred — something I order often. After paying and continuing with my day, I later realized the coffee was bitter and had no sugar in it at all.
This mistake forced me to interrupt my busy work schedule and return to the store, which was already frustrating since parking is limited at this location. After finally finding a spot, I went inside and explained the situation. I believe the manager’s name was G. While she did offer to either add sugar or remake the coffee, I felt the resolution lacked consideration for the time and effort it took for me to come back.
As someone who comes here regularly, I would’ve appreciated a simple gesture — like a doughnut — to acknowledge the inconvenience. Instead, I was told they could only fix the drink. I understand store policies, but part of good customer service is showing empathy and valuing loyal customers' time.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters even more. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their team to be a bit more thoughtful in how they respond, especially to regulars who support their business...
Read moreRose the manager at this location has a real attituted problem. Every time i come here she repeats my order 3x and yet when I get to the window my order is wrong. I then have to enter the store to have my order corrected, once in the store rose and her crew speak tagalog as if i am stupid and dont know they are talking about me. I have called her out on her behavior and that as a manger she needs to lead by example she just gives me a dirty look and walks away and tells one of the other staff members to deal with me. On muliptle ocassions i have refused service from her as she is just horrible to deal with. Not only that this location double charges you and then blame you for the mistake and say they didnt hear you yet you repeated my order 3x. Tim hortons hire people with manners and people skills please really upsetting to see all the back talk from your managers and some staff..
Maybe having a customer service team that actually responds with care and not a generic message might help when customers have a problem with a location and or its owner. DO BETTER TIM...
Read moreI go to this drive thru often as I have a small business and this is enroute... today my partner and I ordered our morning coffee on our way to Hamilton. I ordered med 1 cream coffee, hers was a med reg coffee. After about 20-25 minutes of driving I took my first sip. I kinda crunched on something and assumed it was a coffee grind. Ate a few more minutes I took a sip again. Only to feel something on my tongue and I spit it out while driving! GLASS! Really Tim's?I was mortified! What if I swallowed this? I can't belive it. I tried calling there a few times with no answer. 😒 .... I am a Tim Hortons fan. After today not so much. Now I will have anxiety drinking take out coffee. I took a photo when I pulled over in Hamilton dumped the coffee to see if there was anything else in there. No big chunks anyways. The attention to detail is lacking. I well be taking this further that's for sure. Be warned to watch what you are drinking.
I would add photos but it...
