I've been a regular at this coffee shop for nearly a year now, and it has truly become my go-to spot for conducting business and meeting clients. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I've spent a lot of time here, and I have to say that the staff is fantastic.

There have been some comments about the "old lady" being rude, but I know better. She reminds me of my grandma – a little cranky at times but with a heart full of love and kindness. She’s always sweet when you take the time to interact with her, and her personality adds a unique charm to the place.

I also have to give a special shout-out to Reeva and the young Filipino girl who works with her during the night shift. Reeva is my absolute favorite person on the team! I love coming in the evenings to read my book while enjoying my coffee. Reeva is so knowledgeable, attentive, and always ensures that everything is perfect. Her expertise and hospitality make me feel right at home.

Because of her incredible service, I’ve actually increased my visits! Instead of just one coffee a day, I’m now up to four – and it’s all thanks to the warm and welcoming environment created by Reeva and the team. I honestly think she’s been a big part of any sales increase you’ve seen!

At 10am, I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and asked why it did not come with the seasonal toppings, like in the promotional pictures and at other branches. The staff member told me the toppings were “only for the Iced Capp or hot coffee.” I politely explained that I had seen them on the Ice Latte pumpkin drinks as well, but she ignored me and refused to communicate, giving me an unfriendly look.

The supervisor stepped in, but instead of handling the situation professionally, he treated me as if I didn’t understand my own order. I calmly asked if they could prepare my drink the same way I’ve received it at other branches, but he insisted I was wrong. Eventually, he admitted they had made a mistake, but did so in an angry tone and offered to remake the drink without any courtesy. This is not how a supervisor should approach a customer.

The behavior showed a lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect. It seemed like both staff and supervisor were unhappy and not able to handle simple requests. I hope management considers retraining, or at least reminding the team that customers deserve clear communication and kindness. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend...

I’ve been visiting this location every evening for almost three months, and my experience has consistently been outstanding. Yash Raj is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with my usual order before I even have to say a word. His attention to detail and genuine care for customers make each visit a pleasant experience.

The atmosphere at this Tim Hortons always feels welcoming, almost like a second home. Yash Raj has a natural ability to connect with customers through friendly, engaging conversation, which keeps me coming back. His warm demeanor makes every visit enjoyable and fosters customer loyalty.

I stopped going to other Tim Hortons locations on Eglinton and Dufferin due to the rude and unprofessional behavior I encountered, but this team has set the bar high.
